So question: does that 2/3 racemic mixture include the excess 1/3 L or is that separate? so should we put 2/3 D,L and 1/3 L? overall these videos are just what i needed! ty

I thought d/l is for optical activity while D/L is for relative configuration, that is, with respect to glyceraldehyde.
