I've gotten several comments about why I have no video or photo footage from this camera. The reason for that is that it would be a waste of my time in editing the footage. If you like this camera then I'm glad you're happy with it but it did not meet my standards. I purchased a Canon SL2 and am very happy with it. Thanks! Greg 😁👍
Thanks very much for this, I was looking at this about 2 weeks ago, as a 4K upgrade from my present camera. Sounds good advice to me, so my search goes on, cheers Alan
You're welcome bro. I didn't see any other videos on the camera so thought this would help others from getting ripped off. I'm still searching too my friend. Looks like 400 bucks is about the least we'll find for something decent with a flip screen and microphone input. 👍
I did have a look at this but After reading a lot of reviews I decided not to get it thank God I got a JVC Quad proof EvertoR in the end and I am very happy with this. Thanks for the heads up. God bless you.
Good gut instinct. The camera might be ok for perfect conditions but how often do you ever have those? Lol. Thank you for watching and the comment! Glad to help.👍👍
Thanks for the heads up, sometimes you get what you pay for and what seems like a bargain is just cheap, because they cut the quality or outright lied in the advertising Take care Roo
Thanks Roo!! Yeah we decided to go with the Canon SL2 after doing research for the last month. Lol. Great DSLR camera & great video too. Quite a bit more than this thing but like you said, with cameras you get what you pay for. 👍👍 Greg
Lol. Yeah I read that too. I didnt even make it to the manual. It's that bad. Lol. What kinda camera you get or currently looking at? Thanks for watching!! Greg
I’m using an IPhone 8 with Filmic Pro, and just ordered a mic. I’ll also use a GoPro 2018 or Session 5. These are fine for me currently, but watching for alternatives in the future
Cool deal. I'm using my Samsung Galaxy S6 Active for all videos & photos. Old Photoshop 7 for graphics & pretty much Windows movie maker for video editing. Nothing fancy but it's worked for 4 years (off and on) LOL. Hoping to upgrade everything including my PC soon. Nothing more annoying than being in the middle of a video & get a phone call. Lol
Crazy at some of the junk for sale, especially online, these days. I'm no camera expert but it didn't take one to tell this thing is crap. LOL. Thanks so much for watching!
Thanks for watching bro! Yeah me too. Man finding the right handgun was so much easier and fun than finding the right camera!! Lol. What kinda camera you get or currently looking at? Greg
@@heatseekerbus yep. Me too brother. Cheapest decent one I've found is the Panasonic FZ300. Can pick one up used for around 315 bucks US. It's a bridge camera so not a DSLR but it would work great for outdoors stuff. 👍
Thanks for your review, I was sure this was junk. Anyway I'm very curious to see a short video taken with this shi**y camera. I know you don't want to waste your time (and I agree with you) but anyway a short clip would be welcome. Regards
Just checked my Amazon purchases and this particular model is no longer available. Perhaps you're looking at another model that could perform better or better suits your needs. I went with the Canon SL2 and still use it for most of my videos but it was definitely more expensive. In hindsight I'd probably just use my cell phone if I had it all to do over again. Thanks for watching Rayu!
@@Strive2Survive I actually ended up getting a sanyo vpc -e2 xacti. I thought it was generally convenient to bring since it's compact and waterproof too. I guess it's not that bad considering I really liked the 8mp cam that makes the pics look like film. I think it's really an acquired taste. I liked it anyway. Thanks for this vid. 😊

I was going to get this - thank you for the great review! I was skeptical.

I saw it on amazon and read the description with poor English so I avoided it. Thanks for confirming.

I received a panosonic for Christmas 4 or 5 years ago from my brother in law and it never worked. Not even for a minute. Junk. Thanks, good advice.

THANKS FOR "REVIEWING" , I ALMOST PUT IT ON MY 'BUCKET LIST ' !!!!
I've learned you can't skimp on camcorders I did the same thing and it was bad bad.
No doubt there! Lol. I'm still looking. Very confusing but I like the Panasonic FZ300. Thanks for watching!! Greg
Thanks, I'm shopping for a new camera

@@Strive2Survive .my next camera will have a port for a microphone. Something to block the wind.

We returned the camera right after I made this video. Sorry I didn't post any video from the camera. Thanks for watching!
@@Strive2Survive you have done the right thing LOL
