The music was overpowering in the first half and made it hard to hear the dialogue. Second half was perfect. Overall? So so wonderful. Thank you for the time and effort. You captured so much of who and what the doctor is and has become.
I think the saddest things about his companions as a whole isn’t that some die in horrific ways but that so many of them seem to always say something akin to “I won’t leave you” something the Doctor always knows isn’t true Also the fucking gall of the writers to have one of his companions say “you aren’t the only person to have lost something” to one of the one people in the entire universe that can universally say they have lost the most

can you be a good man? the answer is yes. Every person has good and less good sides. just how they are trained. You only decide for yourself whether you want to go to war. is up to you. but when it comes to your own existence or your family. then you have to take risks sometimes. and sometimes you have to go to war and fight. to protect those we love. even if it's wrong
This would be so much sadder if the adverts didn't keep cutting in. I've gone to the end and replayed but no. adverts. I mean, don't get me wrong I cried my eyes out, but UA-cam really knows how to take you out of the moment.

I forgot to mention that I am 75 and discovered Doctor Who in the marathon months leading up to 13's debut! Gosh, fans were fired up at that time. Then I bought all the modern series DVDs 9-12...sorry, but 13 did not appeal to me as Doctor Who. I liked Jodie as an actor, just not the Doctor...😌

Gorgeous video! Really put in perspective for me how much the Moffat era in particular expanded the arc of the Doctor. It also made me realize that Chris Chibnall’s best piece of writing in his role was that lovely, lovely speech right at the very beginning of the Whitaker era.

Jamie, zoe, and donna....three characters who were forced to forget. Three characters who would have done anything for that lonely man in his police box. From the moment Susan left, as soon as ian and barbara chose to leave after? The doctor felt and lived the pain of friends having borrowed time.
I don't know how to feel about this video other than I want doctor who to be my guide to how you should live life ( Dr Who is the one thing in my life that genuinely connects to me)
This. This is what made Doctor Who amazing. The fact that The Doctor carried all this loneliness and pain. He knew that this will happen. But Season 14 throws it all these beautiful things away to reboot the doctor into something else.
You wasted your time writing this. Saying it needs improvement is one thing, another is just being mean for no reason. Just because you're on the internet and people can't see you it doesn't mean it's ok to speak to people like that. There's always someone behind it, who is doing this for free and is always trying to improve. I've already noted that the background music becomes louder than it is on the program when it comes to UA-cam, and I'm trying to fix that for the next videos. But seriously, try being nicer and maybe people will be nicer to you.

Doctor who did a wonderful job of teaching that things like angels were real, only that they were monsters
