I have a problem. I don’t have an on or off setting for WiFi is just says “ WI-FI is turned off. Turn it on to see the list of available networks that you can connect to and additional related menu items”
This is insane. Thanks for the big help. I googled this problem and people even suggested opening the back cover and resetting some wires. Can't believe that the problem was solved just by some quick clicked. Thanks 👍🏻

Totally worked for me. I just updated my area code. I moved a couple of years ago and just recently changed internet providers. I can now return the TV I just ordered.

Do you have no idea I literally waited 2 weeks to get my TV fixed because the remote wasn't working the guy comes fixes it but forgot to put the dust cover HDMI plugs are so I had to have him come back.. then I wake up this morning to this problem thinking here we go again someone else and thank God I hear you are
@@korygrey6170 I’m not very technologically inclined 😭 you take all the screws out of the back of the tv and take the back off, you’ll see all the wires, not even sure which ones are for the wifi tbh, but at each turning point of the wires they have them folded in a sharp angle which can interfere with the wifi connection. So I gently tried to undo the sharp fold and leave them at a curved angle instead. There’s videos on it but I don’t remember how deep I had to dive to find that one
This worked for me when our older LG wouldn’t find the WiFi. Everything else saw it but the tv. Changing the location to Canada, then back to the US worked.
Try looking up a video on the wifi wires in the back of the tv. I had to take mine apart and undo the sharp folds in the wires they had and make them a curved fold instead. That was the only thing that worked for me
Pay so much money for a tv with so many problems one time the tv refuses to turn on. Now it shuts off wifi mid movie and refuses to let me connect wtf lol
All the other videos I saw on this issue says don’t leave the set automatically on. Not that you did but for everyone else’s sake because I guess this is a big problem.

Look up how to take the back off and unfold the wifi wires, that’s the only thing that worked for me
