Thank you so much for this recipe of tteokbokki :) My sister is a fan of Korean cuisine, and I cooked it for her birthday. She was overwhelmed with joy :) Thank you once again
I’m a new subscriber lol... for a few weeks now; I’ve just been binge watching all your videos. I’ve never had Korean dishes. The first recipe I’ve tried is your budae jjigae and it changed my life! After that I’ve been eating Korean food all week! I absolutely love your channel and you inspire me so much! Thank you Seonyoung! I cannot wait to try this one. 😍
I may be in college, away from home cooked Korean food, but with this perhaps I can bring some of home here. Hope it turns out great! Keep up the great videos!
Seonkyoung, I just made this! Omg, so yummy! (I didn't have cabbage in fridge but I did have choy sum!) And I used Nongshim Chapagetti noodles! Wow! So good! I have been dealing with cancer for over a year and between you and Maangchi, I have grown to love Korean food and love cooking it! It's my little pleasure now! (And your chili oil is the bomb!) And btw, I just feel eating Korean, I'm eating healthier, which has to be good for me fighting cancer!
I discovered your channel a few days ago with the recipe for Tteokbokki. I really enjoyed the video ... You are very entertaining and the recipes seem to be clear and easy. I need to stock up on some of the Korean items but as soon as I do, I will start making some of the recipes, beginning with tteokbokki. Thank you for your efforts with these videos ... I love Asian food but have never made Korean food before and I'm really excited to get started.
You guys are too adorable. I just found gluten-free ramen at one of our Asian markets and I was going to make the fish cakes from scratch (because I can't find any gluten-free). I ordered gochugaru and gochujang from Amazon (made in South Korea). I cannot wait to try this recipe
Ive loved your older videos, and I love your new videos. And I know Im not alone. I hope that you love them and yourself just as much! Keep on loving yourself and rocking the the things you love 😄 It is not an easy thing to do in this negative world we live in.
Love how fast you have been putting these videos out . I can’t keep up and it all looks so good I don’t know which to try first. Thanks so much for putting in the work to create all these videos !!
I just made your Budae Jjigae recipe and the kids and I LOVED it! I been watching your channel for a while and FINALLY took the leap and decided to try your recipes and man we were not disappointed!! Can’t wait to try this because the kids have been wanting rice cakes! Next one after will DEFINITELY be the grilled pork belly with all the sides. Love your videos so much!!!
I LOVE YOU!!! I found you when I searched UA-cam for Galbi Jjjim recipes and I chose yours out of all of the others (even over Maangchi's)...and it was absolutely delish!!! 2nd video I watched was your most recent Korean Fried Chicken Recipe video. That's when I realized you are also insanely funny. This episode just killed me when you said: "...so if you are not used to cook and you are not really familiar with using knife, then you might want to ask this to your Mom to do it." ㅋㅋㅋ
Mouth is watering! I have a love/hate relationship with watching your videos. I love learning more about my native food because I know so little but I always want whatever you make like as soon as I watch the video! It cracks me up when Jacob mouths along with you while you're signing off.
I finally have all ingredients and tools. All the way down to little burner(mines gold). Gonna have it this weekend in living room, on coffee table, with hubby lol
We made this today!! 4/6 liked it, it would have have 5/6 but someone is a lightweight and can't handle the spice :) Next up, life-changing udon soup!!
You’re so natural and funny in the camera, I love everything about your videos ! Living in Mexico I would never find those ingredients but thank u for sharing everything !!!
Been watching a lot of your videos lately. It is insane just how different the flavor profiles are compared to western cooking. I don't think Asian cooking is inherently difficult, but if you grow up your whole life eating western food, it would be hard to replicate an Asain dish.
I've been watching a lot of your videos this past week shortly after discovering it. And my God, did I crave so much for Korean food. But thanks to your videos, I just got the ingredients from a local Korean Mart and start whooping dishes by myself with your careful instructions. Thank you!
Funny...i just finished making spicy ramen and rice cakes with roasted sesame seaweed snacks on top when to my surprise, I turned your channel on to see you making rice cakes and ramen. 👏🏼
Jacob singing was hilarious! And you quickly let him know the tteokbokki was not just for him lol! Thanks for this video because I now love this dish because of your LIK video.
Hi Seonkyoung longest!! I've been watching yours and Maangchi's videos! The dishes look so nice and those are explained well so everyone can follow the steps at home. I really appreciate your effort of spreading Korean food in the world. I hope Korean culture gets popular on someday! (I mean, more!!) You and Maanchi have greatly inspired me. I have also stepped on it and I hope it makes many people know more about Korean food! Thank you Seonkyoung Longest. And keep posting the TASTY video please :)
Just wow! This is the most amazing and fun dish we have had in a long time. This recipe is perfect and it is so fun to make and eat. I love the noodles, mandu, and rice cakes the best. we've made this three times now and my only problem is that we are too full to make the fried rice at the end, LOL. One day! Thanks for the great recipes!
My mouth is watering the whole time 😅 looks so Yummy ! I love that you and your husband were dating together, nothing is better than eating with company!
I thought the tteokbokki dish looked so amazing on your vlog, so I’m so excited when I saw you actually made a cooking video about it!! Thank you!! Will be making this soon :3 (Also, this was one of your funniest videos ever)
Chingu I definitely love watching your food videos, the food that u cook is so scrumptious, it brought back fond memories of my working days in Paris baguette Korean company in singapore ☺️
The water is the only ingredient I have lol
Jesus little pumkin ARMY lol!

Seonkyoung I am spoiled by your constant uploads 😍 I loveeee all these recipes! Keep up the good work ❤️
I love how real you are when you're cooking! I always eat half the food while I'm cooking before it even gets plated!
Finally made this tonight for dinner. My mom, dad and sister loved it! Thanks for the recipes 😃😄
All your recipes makes my mouth water and i cant even eat the sweet stuff or spicy because of being diabetic that has a burned out tummy
watching her and Jacob eat makes me so happy 💕
You guys are too adorable. I just found gluten-free ramen at one of our Asian markets and I was going to make the fish cakes from scratch (because I can't find any gluten-free). I ordered gochugaru and gochujang from Amazon (made in South Korea). I cannot wait to try this recipe

I just made your Budae Jjigae recipe and the kids and I LOVED it! I been watching your channel for a while and FINALLY took the leap and decided to try your recipes and man we were not disappointed!!
