There are many cooking videos where the hosts don't taste their food at the end of the video, some where the host has a bite for the camera and then there's Seonkyoung who eats half of what she's made because it actually tastes as good as it looks. Your passion for food shows in your work.

@@poulamibasu9320 I watch Quang and he doesn't eat everything he cooks because he usually cooks enough for his whole family. If you want to see people eat all (or most) of the food in front of them you'd be better off watching mukbangs.

The Asian grocery store from my house would be a 100 minute drive😖. The near by grocery stores carry the minimal ingredients, so I can get things like soy sauce, but not the soy sauce for soup.

I've used your recipe twice now, and am about to do it for a third time. I got compliments from my Thai and Philippa friends...so you scored me massive points lady. Also, I quite like the flavors and such, so I get selfish-points, x10, plus 3, multiplied by a factor or 4. So, Epicurus was right in his philosophy, but there are ways of multiplying Greek wisdom here, with savory and awesome Asian knowledge, to take things to a new level. I give you a hand-in-palm salute, my dear teacher

Hi! I've just made this recipe and it was divine! I cooked for my in laws and my husband and they were beyond impressed. My father in law lived in Korea for a few years and he was speechless because he thought he would never try authentic Korean food ever again! Especially cos we live in a small town in England. Thank you sooooo much!

By the way, those noodles are really popular with people who follow the Keto diet. They're labeled as "Miracle Noodles" in the produce section of a regular grocery store by the eggroll wrappers and tofu.

OsakaRose - never encountered them in a can before (strange!) 🤔 Sometimes referred to as “shirataki” (or “konnyaku” as she mentions) nuders 😁🤣❤️ I’m half Japanese, and Mom used to use them all the time when I was a kid - for sukiyaki - which, evidently is NOT similar to this hotpot 🤣🤣🤣 🍱🍜😋😋 If possible, try to get them in the Asian Market (*drive!!* lol) - so much cheaper than Miracle brand, but be sure to follow the advice, to rinse and dry fry 😁😁😁😘 Cheers!

My family thinks I'm an amazing cook but I'm really not that confident. I look for your recipes to share. The recipe was perfect with the red pepper paste and no red pepper flakes for me. THANK YOU!! I can't wait to try this one. Thanks for the low carb tip and on how to prepare them. Seonkyoung you're so to right about those noodles
They do need lots of rinceing and it's good
To even roll them in a clean tea towel to get the
    Moisture out too❤️
