First thing I did on mine was lose those clanky fenders. Ok, first I put a 212 and a chain tensioner. The annoying fenders took away from the Predator sound. Stock it wants you off like an ACME rocket! I'd run a TAV 30 on it but it's really not needed. Basic is fun too.

Where did you buy the brake cable and lever from? I have a Baja Doodlebug. I have been looking around trying to find the right cable to fit, and the dame cable barrel is either to big or to small, so I have been looking around trying to find the ones that's already been assemble. It's driving me crazy that I can't find the right ones to fit.

Put the motor on the bike (unmounted) then put on the clutch and chain, make sure everything is straight and aligned. Then I used plasti-dip to mark my holes where I'm going to drill.
You can get exhaust pipes anywhere online, I got mine from ombwarehouse.com. And do I build my bikes..? That's kinda what I was doing in this video... Lol.
I have a chain tensioner on it now. The tires are off ebay or you can get similar ones at Walmart. The wheels are just stock Baja Blitz wheels that come on the bike.

Your front tire shouldn't be rubbing... But my back tire rubs too, it's no big deal, if I really wanted to stop the rubbing I'd just go with the turf tires from Walmart. So if the rubbing really bothers you, you can get the turf tires at Walmart and they shouldn't rub at all.
+Pacnorwest Minibikeclub thanks for the reply but the tires I have are the same ones you get at Walmart there called carlisle and the fron is not rubbing but the back rubs against the break causing a weird indentation in the beam to the point where it's wasting it and I can see little threads that make up the tire and air is leaking from there , it sucks I only had for like 2 weeks

that is a pz27 carburetor did you have to change the Jets or do anything like that or did it run right out of the box.

Where did you get the carb and intake manifold? Also do you need a billet fly wheel and billet rod to remove the governor without blowing the engine.
yes you need the arc billet rod and arc billet flywheel

If you want a "dirt bike carb" such as the mikuni or pz carbs, yes you will need an intake manifold from Nr racing.

If you know how to weld/have a welder you can cut and extend them.
And I've never heard of a DB90 if you are talking about the DB30, yes the motor will fit, and no mods to your foot pegs.
