Together since 17/16 now 22/21 and don’t get me wrong deep down I still have nothing but love for her, but I just couldn’t anymore after it stopped feeling like a relationship and started feeling like a hostage situation. We still have love for each other as people but we both had our own issues, traumas, unresolved traumas.. Andd that just festered and festered into an extremely toxic and hard to leave environment especially near the end. But we both have unresolved issues and over time we grew at different rates as people, eventually growing apart but held together by both of our inability’s to let each other go because trauma bonds are hard to break But sometimes holding on hurts more than letting go, and let me tell you as someone who was fucking terrified of letting go because I already don’t get shit, so I hold onto what I got because it feels like I can’t have shit to begin with. Being alone with just yourself and only being responsible for yourself is better than feeling like a hostage with someone who makes you feel alone and unappreciated. And it is freedom I have not felt in a long long time, don’t get me wrong I was scared of feeling lonely again but loneliness is both a blessing and a curse, you just need balance because you can’t appreciate the one without the other. Loneliness feels like an eternity but “Nothing lasts forever” Tldr: Being alone is better than feeling like hostage who isn’t appreciated and is somehow always the bad guy. Embrace the loneliness and learn to enjoy it but don’t dwell within it for too long

God loves us and wants a relationship with us, but if He forced us to love Him, would that be true love? No. We would just be doing what we are forced to do. So therefore God has given us free will to do what we choose. Now with this free will, we can choose to love Him or reject Him and live in sin. That’s why people hate each other, that’s why people lie, that’s why people steal, that’s why people murder, that’s why people are sexually immoral, and many other things. Its because all people are sinful and reject God. If everyone followed God’s law perfectly, the way it was meant to be, the world would be perfect. But we don’t so we broke Gods moral law and the worlds not perfect. But God is good and He is just. So as any good judge would, He will punish those how have broken the law and those who have made this world worse. But God is also loving. He doesn’t want to punish us. So He gives us a second chance to turn from sin. He did this by sending His son to die for us. Jesus lived a perfect life on earth without sin so He doesn’t deserve punishment. However Jesus was still punished with death on the cross. Why? Because He took our punishment for us. It’s like Jesus paid for our own speeding tickets. Therefore God can still be just because the rightful punishment was served on the cross in Jesus. But He is still merciful because if we surrender to Him, He will faithfully forgive us of our sins.

I can somewhat attest to this claim. I started making my bed daily (almost) about 2 months ago and I do feel more positive energy, helping me do other stuff and be a little bit more productive. It also looks nice which is a plus :)
