2 Cups of Almond Flour
2 TBS of Coconut Flour
1 TBS cinammon
1/2 TBS ground cloves ...(we also found that adding in nutmeg gives a nice taste too)
1 TBS ground ginger
1/2 tsp of baking powder
pinch of salt
1/4 Cup of melted Coconut Oil
1 egg
1 tsp of vanilla extract
2 TBS of cream cheese
1/2 Cup of Powdered erythritol

@@cassieoz1702 yes!! It ruined my batch of gingerbread way too much ground cloves. No one wanted to eat them. Its all you could taste 😒

That powdered 'monkfruit' sweetener is overwhelmingly erythritol with a tiny bit of monkfruit extract

@@Dina-qk4qk so call it what it is for the benefit of the wider audience who doesn't have access to your local brands. I'm tired of the vids that say 'add 1 cup of powdered stevia' when it's '1 cup of erythritol with a tiny bit of stevia added to bring it up to 1:1 equivalent '. Sometimes the recipe creators don't actually know what they're using either, which never bodes well for the recipe
