I've kind of lost count how many infamous F1 collisions he got himself into, but I do know that he got disqualified in his 2005 Japanese GP after clattering Jarno Trulli's Toyota out of the race. Taku had already hit Michael Schumacher during the 2005 Belgian Grand Prix, with both drivers out of the race...
If anyone at IndyCar is paying attention, I have something to say here. I do not have a tv. So I depend on UA-cam for all my viewing of anything and everything. UA-cam is my only chance to see the WHOLE telecast of the 500. I find sooooo many uploads of Indy 500s and other IndyCar races that do NOT include the pre race programming, but rather, they begin with the start of the engines, or worse yet, the pace lap. It's as if the people uploading the video assume no one cares about anything EXCEPT the actual race itself, so they just chop off the whole pre race. BUT, there are those of us who DO enjoy and even look forward to all the build up of that final hour before the start of the race. There are special features that I enjoy seeing that I might not see anywhere else, and they chop them all off, because they assume no one is interested in anything but the race itself. If ANYONE was going to upload the entire telecast from start to finish, I would think YOU, INDYCAR, would be the first in line. I don't have to tell you that Indy is all about history and tradition. But when you upload this video WITHOUT that hour of pre race programming, you do all of us and the speedway a great injustice.

Nice idea to upload the complete race, but oh god is it awful quality. You converted an interlaced source into a progressive video without deinterlacing (that mistake was done a lot in the past on this channel) and it's without sound during what were US ad-breaks. On the live telecast in Europe we had awesome sound from the engines when ABC did their ad-breaks. Whoever is in charge of this channel should turn to other duties.
What if lead changes and actually watching cars interact with each other is your thing? How can Europeans watch f1? What if watching players do something other than slowly jog around and occasionally kick a ball isn't your thing? How can Europeans watch soccer or rugby?
Id so want to sponsor a women driver for the onboard camera. Every time they cut to her, and as its america they would have to refer to the camera as having a "Baby on board" :P

This was the first Indy 500 I've watched live and I was glad that one of my favourite drivers won the race :)

The build up to the start gave me goosebumps that was so intense
always gets me the way they celebrate, i don’t think enough people respect the mental, and physical strength it takes to control these beasts
I personally really like the looks of the new chassis design. Especially now in 2018 with those rear pods gone from behind the rear tires.
