Actually, the S-Class, which this Maybach is based on, has ALWAYS been at the VERY forefront of High-Tech in cars. A lot of tech we now know has been in S classes since the early 2000s and some even in 90's models as well.

Most of these are available in the regular S class. The only think I'm not sure about is the spiny speaker thing but everything else you can get for half the price in the S class.

I remember, when I visited the IAA in Frankfurt, Germany. As I was inside Mercedes' hall and inbetween all the chaos I recognized some really nice music - quality wise. Turns out Mercedes placed a W222 S-Class Maybach in the middle of the hall - all doors opened - and played music via this Maybach. It sounds f*ing incredible!
