I get why people want him to wait to sell the countach, but the reasoning for him selling it right now is very solid and very logical. Getting the house completely done without pulling out another mortgage is way more important than keeping any car that'd he'd be able to buy again some day down the road if he really wanted it again. Yes, it'll be way more money down the road, but he'd also have way more money to buy one again after he gets his house done and strad pizza up and running. Especially if strad pizza is a success, he'll be able to buy any car he sells back if he really wanted to. These are very tough decisions that we know he didn't make over night, so trust his process and we all know he'll have another countach again someday if he really wants one again.

James if you have the time, go to Lowe's and buy a few gallons of "Round Up Kills weeds not the Lawn". It worked really well in my yard but you have to keep the dandelions from being blown around your yard because those are seeds for weeds. If you see a dandelion you have to pluck it immediately and make sure it doesn't get blown. Then when the weeds are dead, you can uproot them (use gardening gloves & a mini plant shovel. Also wear long pants and boots as well a straw hat with 360 coverage) then buy one of those drivable lawn mowers and cut the rest if grass in the back. It's what I would do.
It is very sad seeing these cars have to go. Especially the countach for some of it's history in the channel. I hope you keep one of the lm tho. But after all, i really want to see the batcave done.

When doing steps remember traction is your best friend. Avoid marble, natural stone, smooth surfaces, even though it looks great. Not worth it in the end. I think your best bet is a thin brick but keep it raw. Or wood that matches interior woods.

Strad! hold off on your landscaping on the side of the house! wait until the builders have finished most of the house next door. It would suck a lot of you just finish your landscaping and your new neighbour's builder drives a truck/crane over your new plants. Maybe it won't be an issue, but is it worth the risk? the rest of the backyard should be fine, just hold off on the side where the new build is happening.
Lamborghini sold 3 versions of their LM. Version 1 - Countach engine 450hp. Version 2 - 7.2 litre 700hp Lamborghini marine engine. 3rd version -Last 50 LMs sold had a Diablo engine apx 490hp.
I’d say pick 5 cars to keep, sell the rest and use the money to finish the house and make vlogs about the house progress in the absence of those cars that got sold.
I think wood beams and a sort of ‘junkyard’ feel in the batcave would be really cool, even if just in the corners by the lift… perfect retro space to store your dads truck! the gleaming white floor in the garage makes it show roomy, a more warm feeling in the batcave would just make it soooo cool to be lifted down into.

As a corporate pilot myself I’d love to know what ever happened to the flight training thing. If he simply wants to keep the flying off of UA-cam I understand but at least say you did of didn’t finish your training. Either way I think it’s cool that you at least showed interest in flying for like 2 videos. I’m guessing the true cost of flight training combined with the time and effort involved as well as the cost of potential airplane ownership took way too much away from the cars and house builds so it had to take a back seat. Obviously just my speculation.

indepedent pizza places out number chains in las vegas 2 to 1. I don't want to be that guy but making new york style pizza's alone won't be the difference maker. You'll have to go above and beyond with other things if you want that restaurant to be successful. That's also hard to go above and beyond when you're in THE entertainment city. The restaurant business is extremely hard and time and labor intensive. I hope you've done the research and spoke with the experts to determine if it's the best idea. You also live in salt lake so that's around 420 miles (5 hours and 33 minutes) from Las vegas. So it'll also be difficult to have show the place in videos (free advertising and the idea that if viewers visit they have a chance to see you). Best of luck with the restaurant though!
I don't know about the US but in my country if u buy a property with extra land u can pick how much space u would be wanting to work with and then sell the extra land Just build a separate entrance going to land u selling So just some extra money for Landscape without selling cars

@@matts6282 That house is unsellable. Have one like that in my neighborhood and it will either never sell or sell for pennies on the dollar. It would have made more sense to build a normal house and have a barn on the side for cars or buy a hangar like Hoovie's dad and keep the cars in there. My father had a friend that had a huge house on a lake and he had a ton of collectible cars and he bought the land across the street and built a big barn and kept them in there.

For the backyard grass, I strongly recommend getting the same type of grass that is used for Golf Courses It's grows extremely slowly and is thick so it looks perfect for a long time

James, before you put the Indy car on the wall, You MUST paint it and add custom decals. For example a strad pizza or strad merch, something to do with Oscar and some other decorations to commemorate other important events on the channel.
The Lamborghini collector in me (in Forza Horizon 5, I own at least 2 of each lamborghini in game) doesn't want you to sell them, but that is the best decision for the channel. Can't wait to see updates!

I’d say pick 5 cars to keep, sell the rest and use the money to finish the house and make vlogs about the house progress in the absence of those cars that got sold.
I think wood beams and a sort of ‘junkyard’ feel in the batcave would be really cool, even if just in the corners by the lift… perfect retro space to store your dads truck! the gleaming white floor in the garage makes it show roomy, a more warm feeling in the batcave would just make it soooo cool to be lifted down into.
Bro not the Countach😢 it's arguably the best car out of the Lamborghini Collection just because of the history of the car and they are extremely rare😢😢

did you ever get your pilots liscense? I cant seem to remember if you did or not, and if so why havent we seen more content like that?
As a corporate pilot myself I’d love to know what ever happened to the flight training thing. If he simply wants to keep the flying off of UA-cam I understand but at least say you did of didn’t finish your training. Either way I think it’s cool that you at least showed interest in flying for like 2 videos. I’m guessing the true cost of flight training combined with the time and effort involved as well as the cost of potential airplane ownership took way too much away from the cars and house builds so it had to take a back seat. Obviously just my speculation.

indepedent pizza places out number chains in las vegas 2 to 1. I don't want to be that guy but making new york style pizza's alone won't be the difference maker. You'll have to go above and beyond with other things if you want that restaurant to be successful. That's also hard to go above and beyond when you're in THE entertainment city. The restaurant business is extremely hard and time and labor intensive. I hope you've done the research and spoke with the experts to determine if it's the best idea. You also live in salt lake so that's around 420 miles (5 hours and 33 minutes) from Las vegas. So it'll also be difficult to have show the place in videos (free advertising and the idea that if viewers visit they have a chance to see you). Best of luck with the restaurant though!
I don't know about the US but in my country if u buy a property with extra land u can pick how much space u would be wanting to work with and then sell the extra land

You can actually tell James cares about his sponsors. Not many UA-camrs if any go into length and detail when highlighting sponsors. James seems to be passionate about his ties with simply safe and he conveys it so well. Just thought it was a great detail some seem to miss.

Its not. That money is sitting there and he is stressed and unable to create content or even personally enjoy those cars. If i was him i would get a dealer license probably would save 100s of thousands on registration insurance and taxes.
Agreed though the worst financial decision was building an overpriced niche house that makes way less UA-cam money than the cars the channel is known for.
@@matts6282 That house is unsellable. Have one like that in my neighborhood and it will either never sell or sell for pennies on the dollar. It would have made more sense to build a normal house and have a barn on the side for cars or buy a hangar like Hoovie's dad and keep the cars in there. My father had a friend that had a huge house on a lake and he had a ton of collectible cars and he bought the land across the street and built a big barn and kept them in there.
Worse decision was building a 3M mansion…? No?

For the backyard grass, I strongly recommend getting the same type of grass that is used for Golf Courses
It's grows extremely slowly and is thick so it looks perfect for a long time

James, before you put the Indy car on the wall, You MUST paint it and add custom decals. For example a strad pizza or strad merch, something to do with Oscar and some other decorations to commemorate other important events on the channel.

The Lamborghini collector in me (in Forza Horizon 5, I own at least 2 of each lamborghini in game) doesn't want you to sell them, but that is the best decision for the channel. Can't wait to see updates!
Tbh I like the channel most when he adds new cars. So when he does finish his house the way he wants, I’m expecting a big buying spree at some point.
