Hi
Must these exercises be done in one session ?
No! You can try to master them one at a time. The first is the easiest and the third is the hardest.
HELP ME WITH MORE EXERCISE .IT'S ABIT HARD BECAUSE I HAVE A STROKE ON THE RIGHT SIDE.FROM MALAWI 🇲🇼 IT HAS BEEN TOO LONG SINCE 2011 AM WALKING USIING A WALKER.
I haven't had trouble with falling yet but I can tell it's just a matter of time as my balance is becoming an issue and my flexibility is waning. I'm 71. I want to do all I can now to build up before I'm in a position where I'm forced to have to. I walk couple miles a day everyday and have for many years but that doesn't seem to be the magic perscription we're often led to believe that it is for whatever ails you. Stiffness in my legs and hips has become problematic in addition to balance.
I agree Lynn, walking is great, but you need to also address strength and balacne with different exercises. Walking is great for your heart, endurance, and weight control!
