This is brilliant. I love it here. Wish someone would restore it - there is so much that this place could be used for 😑

Great doc, especially the 90's generic dance musak which makes me wanna get up get up and get down. Dates it really badly.

Why does every tour guide dis the Victorian Age? If this house was just left alone and looked after, everything would still be there….. ostentatious or not. Both the US and Britain seems to’ve gone out of its way to destroy Victorian craft e ship. What happened to the organ? How do such big things just disappear? It’s evident this good woman is invested. She needs to get her wish.
What’s been done is truly remarkable. To me, the Great Hall would be more suitable where the pipe organ was. So many churches are closing these days, and there are lots of fine organs for sale. The Victorians surely created comfort considering there was no central heating. All those Paintings can all be found and purchased and put back they belong. This can be done by a clever person.
