Bonnie, I am so grateful for all the hard work you did! My kitchen is amazing now, not just for me, but for Cupid and Clay. It makes me so happy to see my little man again in this video, and I will never ever forget how Cupid loved to walk on that clean floor sniffing out treats. It's something I never thought I could have. I'm beyond blessed that you helped me. ❤ you!
I am so sorry about Cupid. I know how much you loved him and how much it hurts to say goodbye to our furbabies. My 12-year-old cat, Finnigan left us late last winter, and I still am sometimes swept practically off my feet by a huge wave of grief. It is less often now, and I am better able to focus on the joy and fun moments we had with him. Sending you peace and comfort. I am so happy Bonnie was able to help you and that you reached out to her for help. Your kitchen is just lovely!
I'm so glad that Cupid was able to make it through to see that transformation and to see all the progress that you have made. He was such a good little buddy sitting there by your side while you did your decluttering. I'm sure he's still sitting there in spirit. Thank you for reaching out for help and I'm excited to tackle your bathroom this week!
Your kitchen looks wonderful! I'm so sorry for the loss of your Cupid~ we recently lost our little 16 year old runt Shih Tsu Finnegan, so I know how both of you feel. Hugs to you. Can't wait to see the new table!!!
Floor tip - use a push broom for scubbing, a carpet cleaner for sucking up the urine ( you can rinse the floor this way too ) My Aunts house floors were worse than Miras and it worked like a charm ❤️ For dirty dishes soak them in boiling hot water in the tub. It also works like a charm
Mira may not realize this, but she is a warrior. I say that because she invited us all into her home to witness the extreme transformation that you provided for her. Most of us would feel too embarrassed to have cameras in our home, but she showed us that even though we suffer from depression and that we are just paralyzed from the sadness, that there really is help and hope for us. I think that if Mira can do it, a lot of us can do it too. Thankyou Mira for helping us see that there is a way out of the darkness. I'm so sorry about your beloved Cupid. I lost my sweet little chihuahua last January and I still miss her so much. God Bless you.
You are absolutely right, she is a warrior! I still don't understand how she has the strength to put herself out there like this. That would be so scary to have that kind of judgment and I'm sure she gets it all the time. I'm so proud of all the progress she has made and that she is still going even after the loss of her precious fur baby.❤️😊
Depression is a serious condition. Recycling is important but not as important as mental health and having a clean home. You did exactly the right thing. I hope Mira has a better life from now on.
Your kind, non judgemental approach is amazing. I love these cleaning clips, and it always makes me mad when some jerk says something negative. You do not know of someone elses physical, and/or mental challenges.
I have a background in mental Healthcare. I have never heard anyone talk about MH so much in a video, and with such a great insight into. TY so much for sharing and helping instead of judging! What a wonderful person❤❤❤
Thank you for helping Mira. The kitchen looks amazing! It's nice to see that she was able to tackle an area that seemed impossible because you were there to support her ❤
I love your videos. I really like Mira and her laugh. You are an angel to help people like this and I know Mira appreciates it. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
What an incredible transformation! You know that area that was stained with pet urine was confined to the middle of the floor. She could put an area rug under her new table and it would cover it up. No need to apologize for a "sad" video. You were just showing the reality of the situation. So happy for Mira that she reached out for help and that she's making positive changes for herself. Hugs and prayers for both of you on the loss of your fur babies. Prayers for peace and healing.
Thank you so much! I thought about an area rug as well, but I would be a little afraid that he would pee on the rug. I think, now that it's a lot cleaner and easier to clean up messes, she can probably stay on top of it a little better. I hope so!😊❤️
New to your channel, but I really appreciate the non-judgement, the empathy and humor you display. Kudos and applause to Mira for sharing this aspect of her life. ❤❤❤
You both did an amazing thing. Depression has touched many of us and that can be reflected in our homes. To have someone help without judgement, to say "you're worth my time" is HUGE. Thank you both for showing us there is hope.
I’m having a lot of the same problems as Mira, health problems, depression, on disability, and physically unable to clean. It’s so hard, I’m glad Mira has you to help her.
Your advice about helping someone when you're down is absolutely my secret to sanity. And doing good deeds anonymously is literally the best feeling. Today I felt the pull of bah humbug when I saw the bell ringer outside the grocery store. So I did a little good deed, I'll never say what, but it added pep in my step. Thank you again, Fellow Bonnie, for being a good human.
Hey! You woke that kitchen up from it's nightmarish state! I am so proud of Mira for reaching out and asking for your help. You have really helped transform her life with this loving act of service, Bonnie. Way to go! I feel it's important to talk a bit about how treatment for depression looks differently for everyone as well. Oftentimes, medication is the only pathway to change our brains for the better. We cannot talk ourselves out of depression, but with therapy, counseling, and the right medical treatment, it becomes much more manageable.
True dat. It's a bit like when you have severe backpain and need pain medication first before you can start physical therapy, just so you can move somewhat normally again.
I absolutely agree. And my husband would not be here if it weren't for medication. We went through several before we found one that works well for him. So thankful!
I’m so encouraged by your humanity of meeting someone where they are at and helping them without judgement. You’re not afraid to touch someone’s things, pets ( without) gloves is allows them grace in that moment of despair and vulnerability that could cause shame is a thin line that you have prefected beautifully. The transformation is beautiful and amazing a great start to finding her way out of an emotional moment thank you for sharing your talents ❤ and much respect
Agree with you totally. My doctor explained it this way, if you have diabetes or epilepsy for example, you will need to take medication and nobody will think twice about that. And just like diabetes, depression and anxiety are invisible diseases and some people need to take meds for that. There should not be a stigma attached to having depression in this enlightened day and age but sadly there is occasionally. And I can tell you that sometimes, keeping up with cleaning and housework can become overwhelming. There are times when its an effort to get up in the morning and the more you get behind the harder that becomes. I’m lucky enough to have 2 amazing daughters who will jump in to help when I’m not coping. I’ve always found it hard to ask for help and I sympathise with people who feel the same. So videos like this are encouraging to watch and I’m happy for the homeowner and wish her well for the future.
So sorry that you and Mira lost your precious fur babies. I know how it feels to loss my babies. 😢 Bonnie, you did such a beautiful job in her kitchen. Maybe she can gift herself new flooring in her kitchen for working hard to get her house in order.
I hope someday she can either replace the flooring or at least get it sanded and repolished because it is a beautiful floor. Thank you for your kind comment!😊❤️
Hi, ignore the negative comments. I don't enjoy scrubbing. I like to sort (and do) laundry, papers, books, etc. I volunteer at a local museum and public library. I help people declutter clothes (for a donation to their favorite charity) and craft rooms. You are a saint. Tina, Al's wife
Sounds fun! I definitely enjoy decluttering and organizing more than the cleaning, but both can be pretty satisfying. Thanks for volunteering. Volunteers make the world go 'round!❤️🙏
That was a great success Bonnie! I cheered out loud when you said you were going to be helping Mira. She is a dear and it been great to see her continue to take back her home. It’s always hard to lose our beloved pets. Sorry to you both.
This makes me so happy! I've been watching Mira since she started her channel, and for you to partner with her and help her is just AMAZING! Look at that kitchen now!!!!! I imagine she can feel relief instead of stress now when she walks in there.
You never know what someone is going through in their life - I have found it a blessing to NOT judge others, but rather help them in any way I can. Well done Bonnie, and well done Mira for having the courage to show the process 🥰
I am so impressed with Mira. Both for finally finding the strength to go on the journey to a clean and decluttered home, and for putting it all on UA-cam where not everyone will say nice things.
I've been so excited for this one. Thank for making it decently long 🥰 and thank you for helping our friend Mira with such non-judgement and kindness. I hope you get to feeling better with your recent illness and I pray that this is an amazing turning point for ms. Mira. You're both lovely.
My goodness, what a blessing you are reaching out and helping people like Mira in such a positive and non judgemental way. Thank you for what you do. Wishing Mira happy times in her clear kitchen
I understand, I am a domestic violence survivor. I suffer from depression, anxiety disorder, bipolar disorder and PTSD. Each day is a struggle just to get out of bed. I can say I have a overwhelming clutter. I try to start but I get so overwhelmed.
One of your best videos yet Bonnie! I hope Mira isn't too overwhelmed but instead is able to enjoy her lovely clean kitchen and other spaces she's been clearing. I can't imagine how scary it must feel to just share your vulnerability with others, she's doing well and the rewards are starting to add up. The loss of a fur baby is always so painful. I look your next video and another video from Mira when she is ready.
Thank you so much! Yes, I was a little worried that losing her dog would set her back on her decluttering journey, but she did just announce that she will have a video out soon since she didn't get one out last week, so it seems like she is doing great pushing forward despite her grieving.
What an amazing transformation! I know Mira is elated! That kitchen was her kryptonite! Way to go ladies! I am so sorry about Mira’s baby. If only they could live as long as their humans do. I lost my senior cat on Friday, I totally understand how she feels. When they are seniors they become such a big part of your routine due to special diets, medications, incontinence etc. I keep finding myself going into the room she spent her last days in to take care of her. I’m also sorry to hear about your Newt. They are our 4 legged children. Enough sad talk now. I can’t wait to see the bathroom transformation. Mira deserves this fresh start for 2024! Thank you for helping her, she’s a great lady who needs to know we are all routing for her! #teammira
I’ve been so looking forward to you helping Mira, Bonnie!! Recycling can be a major stumbling block for many - I have a friend who insists on wrapping individual chocolate papers in aluminium foil and disposing at the bins provided outside grocery stores- they can easily be disposed of in our recycling bins; in Australia our bins are big enough that a man like Mack can fit in them easily and they are emptied fortnightly. That was an amazing transformation Bonnie - Mira now has just edible food in her cupboards and plenty of room.
I have got a great little system, emphasis on little; I have a small Kenyan basket on the back of my door. All recycled stuff goes in there, and I pop it into the recycling bin by my door as soon as it is full. This is about the most efficient thing around here. Also The Bin, is only a 10 litre. I have found small is less overwhelming. Sadly, I can not say the same about the staircase full of books, spare room piled with duvets, pillows, and ‘ironing’ (homeless clothes).
So sorry for little Cupid. What an angel you are for helping Mira overcome what must have felt overwhelming. and for free! my goodness. Your kindness is so genuine and I'm positive that you have inspired others to push through difficulty and to not be judgemental. Mira, best of luck to you, I would love to see a one year follow up!
Hi Bonnie, Most batteries have a 10 year shelf life. Great job on the stove. What a transformation! That was very nice and thoughtful of you to purchase a new table and chairs set for her! You are power house with your cleaning. I’m glad to hear that your husband is doing much better with his depression. ❤ I lost my brother to suicide due to severe depression. 😢 The kitchen is amazing! Great job! ❤
I really admire Mira; she is incredibly brave to ask for help and move forward. It gave me chills seeing the sweet note she wrote herself...and now that dream is becoming a reality. The kitchen was quite a mess but I could also see that she was trying to do too many things as once and became overwhelmed. She deserves a nice clean space to enjoy her life!
I really admire her too. It takes an incredibly brave person to even recognize they have a problem, and it takes an extraordinary person to take the necessary steps to rectify it - much less so publicly! Many people may not agree simply because they don’t understand, but Mira - you are amazing! Life is hard under the best circumstances, and exponentially harder with physical and emotional challenges that turn your home into a major stressor rather than your safe space. So much respect to Mira for reaching out for help, and to you for helping her in her time of need!
I think dear Mira will find that her beautiful kitchen will become her friend and not her judgmental enemy! Such a wonderful transformation. Hope you feel better very soon!
What a wonderful job you did for Mira! The kitchen is beautiful and looking forward to seeing the bathroom. So sorry about your fur babies 💔😢. Pets are so hard to lose! 🫶🏼🙏🏻💕
The kitchen looked amazing, you are an Angel for Mira, she sounds like a lovely lady. So sad to hear of her puppy and yours passing, but they not in pain anymore. A wonderful utube. I'm a big fan.. thankyou xx
What a beautiful kitchen! Amazing job! I just had to part with my almost 16 year old dog as well a week ago and I am not taking it very well so far. We were nearly inseparable his whole life. Sending peace and comfort over the whole planet right now!
I'm so sorry to hear that. Any time someone loses a pet I can relate to that pain. When you have such a loving pet who is always by your side it's just the hardest when it's their time to leave.
I don’t see this mentioned enough on cleaning channels so I’m just adding it, oven cleaner will kill birds, so please do not use it around birds. I know there aren’t any in this video but it’s important info for birds owners to know and also people who clean ❤️
I believe you are also not supposed to use the self cleaning cycle on an oven with birds in the house. I guess a bird expert could recommend some non-toxic oven cleaning methods.
You're absolutely right. The video I linked in my description where I take apart the oven door to clean it, I used just baking soda, dish soap, and vinegar to clean because the family had a bird, so I couldn't use oven cleaner. I didn't know birds were so sensitive to smell until I cleaned at that house and had to be very careful with the cleaners I used.
❤Thank you for mentioning that!! It is so vital to know that most chemicals, perfumes, oils and candles with good smell, most house cleaners, smoke and some cooking pans are DEADLY TO BIRDS! everybody needs to know that 👍🏻
This was AMAZING! I know Mira loved her "new" kitchen. I was just tickled knowing that you were going to help her. She is a sweetheart. I hope she is doing ok. Hope you're getting better as well, Bonnie.
I follow Mira abd VERY proud of her for reaching out. Bonnie I'm VERY proud if you for also talking about mental health and in a supportive judgement free manner and not as if it's a taboo topic like it was in the past. My heart goes out to Mira. ❤ I hope she finds peace and comfort. I want to tell her she has now a motive and purpose with her UA-cam family and has goals she needs to finish and acomplish. I would love for tge two of you to do a Q & A together to talk about the experience anythibg you taught or coached Mira on for her to not regress and what Mira has learned about the process and from you in terms of cleaning. ❤Love and blessings to you both.
Bonnie @A Beautiful Mess, God bless you for your compassion, generosity and support for others who cannot do for themselves. You’re a true inspiration. So happy I found your channel. Michale from Moore, Oklahoma. 😊
I appreciate YOU! You are such a blessing to those you help. The world truly needs more people like you. Thank you for sharing your gift and grace with others who need it so dearly.
Hard work but so worth it. Mira deserves it. Great job to both of you. Feels good to see her sorting in the background. Her spirits are high. Thanks to you, your patience, hard work, empathy and caring. 🤟
you are probably the kindest person i've ever witnessed. to deal with that ammonia from the dogs is really brutal and you are so upbeat about everything. it's like a miracle to watch. i've been working on boxes of stuff from two storage lockers and going through that and donating and recycling. next is cleaning the kitchen and bathroom. thank you for inspiring me to try tomorrow instead of feeling guilty for not dealing with it. thanks for helping Mira!
Years ago..I moved back home when hubby had to go Korea on 6 month deployment.I lived real close to sister. We literally would trade houses...and kidsand clean eachothers house. We would have a blast..oh I miss those days
I am so happy that you were able to share your energy and skills with Mira. She has been doing such a good job in her house already and really deserves this help. You are both so great and I have really been looking forward to see this video. Amazing before and after!
I was so looking forward to this one. I have been cheering Mira on with her channel and I'm so happy that you were able to help her like this. The kitchen would have been a mammoth task for her and probably taken her weeks, so it is amazing that she got her kitchen back in just a couple of days. I'm so sorry for her loss. Losing a pet is so incredibly sad. I still miss my dog and he died aged 18 back in 2016. Sending Mira my love and big hugs. By the way, strong toilet cleaner, limescale remover should shift the last of urine stains which you couldn't remove from the floor. Worth a try anyway.
Oh my goodness, my heart just breaks for her loss! My husbands dog is reaching this plateau in his life and yeah, he isn’t coping well with these thoughts. Having to make this decision for a loved fur baby is never ever easy or without deep sadness and loss. My thoughts and prayers go out to her. Pls stay strong Mira and keep on ur path to a new and better life for urself ❤
The kitchen looks fantastic. Amazing job as usual. 🥰🥰My heart breaks for Mira for the death of Cupid. And for you for Newt too. We don’t have then nearly as long as we would like. They leave their paw prints forever on our hearts. 😔💔🐾💕
I think Mira is so courageous for asking for help! I love her laugh too. I've been following her for several months now too. Your help will give her a huge boost on her journey to healthier living. Thanks for sharing about depression too. It will help many of your listeners who are struggling.
You have the kindest soul to reach out and help people. Mira needed your comfort, support and awesome cleaning skills. The kitchen is so nice. Your dedication to your pets that have passed on is not cheesy. It's heartfelt and sweet! x
@@nikluv21 I just used rags that were given to me by a friend who was just tossing out a bunch of old t-shirts and sheets, so I was using pieces of the sheet at first, but it wasn't very absorbent, so I switched to using an old t-shirt. The t-shirts are cotton which is a very biodegradable fiber, so I feel no guilt about just throwing it away. So, any old socks or shirts can be used to clean up messes that are particularly gross and you just want to throw away the rag and be done with it.
Bonnie, what an amazing transformation! You give such a beautifully perfect gift: hope. With hope comes peace and then joy. I will pray for Mira and what she is going through. God bless you Bonnie and family!
I haven’t viewed you channel before, but have followed Mira’s adventure almost from the beginning. I’m so happy you were able to help, and soooo very proud of Mira for accepting help. That must have been so hard. Well done, both of you!
Wow! I’m so proud of Mira for asking for help. I have really enjoyed her purging videos. You and Mira are bringing hope to so many people. I’m so sorry about her fur baby passing. Thank you for helping Mira with so much physical cleaning. You have been blessed with a gift from God.
Breathed a sigh of relief seeing the corner of the table cleared up at 35:00 great job on this kitchen. My house used to look like a Before shot but a few years ago during one of my pregnancies I become Obsessed with cleaning and minimalism as my like “nesting” symptoms. 😂 I decluttered the heck out of my house by using black trash bags so no one in my family could see the broken toys, old clothes and other “treasures” I was throwing out. I checked out a housekeeping book from the library and studied things like folding fitted sheets and dusting 😂😂 and I watched the channel How Jen Does It ( I think she’s retired from UA-cam but her channel might still be there). It was life-changing. 🎉
I didn't have covid when I was helping her, but I was just getting over a cold. I cleaned her kitchen about 3 weeks ago and now I'm just getting over covid... haha! I think my body is trying to tell me something. I finally took the hint. I need to slow down a little bit. I don't think my slowing down will last long though. I just have a tendency to overdo it.🤷♀️😊
It was great watching how this kitchen got transformed. When she has the new table and chairs it's going to look so lovely. Thank you so much for helping Mira. I'm going to be sure to look up her page. I'm very interested in how other places do their recycling. I've recycled for many, many years but just a couple of years ago our City Council here in New Zealand gave every household 4 bins: a small food scraps bin, a red-lidded wheelie bin for non-recyclable rubbish, a yellow-lidded wheelie bin for recyclables which is all paper, cardboard, #1, 2, and 5 plastics, and steel and aluminium cans. Then there's a separate blue bin for glass jars and bottles. I know it sounds like a lot of bins but they fit very neatly at the side of our house and they are picked up fortnightly except for the food scraps one which is weekly. It's so incredibly easy to make it work once you get used to it. A lot of people moaned and groaned when it was first rolled out but I think secretly everyone thinks it's great now. We keep a little plastic 2L tub on our counter top to put the peelings etc in and then my hubby puts the contents in the food bin outside. We have a cardboard box that we put all the recyclables in and he takes that out every day or two to the wheelie bin. It's really not a hassle at all to recycle!! How is it done where you or Mira live in Utah?
I live in Wisconsin in the US. I don't think many places here compost food waste unless you do it yourself in your own backyard. Most places do have paper, metal, glass and plastic recycling. In my city they take plastic, glass, metal and paper. I compost my own food scraps and also have chickens so they get some of them too.Your system sounds pretty nice.
@@BronsteinEmily thank you for replying! A lot of people here compost their food scraps too, but the ones who have them taken away know that they will be composted too, at a big facility. Food scraps rotting in landfills creates a huge amount of methane and the Council is doing everything it can to reduce the amount of waste that goes to a landfill.
It seems like the US government doesn't care much about food waste going into landfills. It's sad. What do grocery stores and restaurants do about food waste in your country? Here so much just gets thrown into landfills. Groceries stores have dumpsters full of food waste still in packaging. I recently started dumpster diving once in a while and get lots of vegetable and fruit waste for my chickens. @@genwhite1175
It's not mandatory here yet, just encouraged, but even then, it seems that a lot of facilities aren't properly recycling things anyway, so it feels like a waste of time to separate everything out unless I can have some assurance that it's actually making a difference. I agree that, if it did become mandatory, of course we would all get used to it eventually, but I do feel bad for people like Mira who struggle anyway even throwing things away. To add those extra steps seems like it would create such a mental challenge for people like her. I don't know what the answer should be though. That's for someone smarter than me to figure out...LOL!
The transformation in the kitchen is amazing. Depression is absolutely awful and I wish Mira a full recovery. So sorry for her loss too it’s heartbreaking because pets are a huge part of a family. Keeping her in my thoughts and prayers. Well done to you both 👏👏 Looking forward to the next video. Hope you’re better too. Have a great week. Mary, Joes wife 🙇♀️👏👍💪🙏💐🌈🦮
I have herniated disks and psoriatic arthritis/spondylitis. I feel grateful that I have the resources to have a housekeeper come very 2 weeks. I’ve thrown my back out (stuck in bed for at least a week) enough times doing housework for one lifetime. It breeds so much fear of hurting yourself again. I completely relate to how much back pain can make keeping up a home extremely difficult.
The kindness is overwhelming. You are a brilliant person. I watched you this morning, to gear myself up for a big de-clutter and clean, as I have my first overnight visitor tomorrow. My house has suffered from my depression since Jan 2020, when I started hiding from Covid. Yes, that early (UK). Do look after your health tho. So important!
I'm so sorry you have been dealing with depression that long! I hope decluttering and cleaning helps to lift your mood and put you in a better mental space!!❤️🙏
I have never seen such a transformation on a stove. Awesome job. Mira, I'm so sorry for your loss of Cupid 💔, however I am glad you reached out for help with the house. I know how hard that must have been for you. I also struggle with depression & the past 2 weeks I've been barely functioning. I'm trying to battle my nightmare house on my own at the moment & it's not fun. It seems like one step forward & two back. I have stacking recycle bins in the kitchen & while trying to get other areas in order I've had avalanches, trust me. I also struggle with lack of confidence in the kitchen. I watch videos, buy the food to try recipes & then the oven & a burner both stopped working. Bonnie, you've been a huge blessing to Mira. This is a wonderful thing you're doing for people who are struggling. I'm sorry to hear about your Newt. Losses of pets are incredibly difficult.
I’ve been looking forward to this video! So excited for You and Mira doing the collaboration. I am glad she reached out to you, and I am excited to hear there will be more videos.kudos to everyone that chipped in for the new table. I hope Mira is doing ok. I’m sad for her losing her pup, Cupid. I wish her nothing but happy memories. You’re so right about sadness and helping others; it helps to give back to people when we’re down, it takes our eyes and our mind off our own problems. Bonnie, you did a great job cleaning that kitchen. It all looked great! ❤
@@debjarvie-sexton1609 Thank you! As for the oven door, here is a link to a video I did on how to take apart an oven door...if it's the same style oven door, which many are. If not, you may just want to Google your make and model of oven and how to take apart the door. The video also includes cleaning it without harsh chemicals, but you can definitely use oven cleaner if you'd like. This family had a bird so I couldn't use oven cleaner. ua-cam.com/video/WiISIoh2qxI/v-deo.html
Your pups are both together, keeping an eye on their mums! You made an amazing difference, and I hope Mira knows she deserves this calm and peace and clean in her life - she deserves this! And you are the wonderful person who helped her towards her goal and helped her on a week when she had a terrible loss. All my love to both of you - losing our little friends is a great hurt.
Thank you. It does seem like more and more people are becoming aware that this is such a needed service and so they tell me in the comments that they have started doing some free cleaning in their area. I love to hear that!
🥺My sincere and heartfelt sympathies on the lose of both of your dogs. 😢 *hugs* (if that's ok) I've gone through pretty severe anxiety, depression, and suicidal thoughts.... but am much better now. I still have bad days (I know everyone has bad days....but.... I mean in a depressed kind of way) But most of the time, I'm ok, and when I'm not, it's not as extreme as it was before... and doesn't tend to last as long. Anyway... Thank you both for sharing all of this.... It's a great motivator to want to get my house in better shape.... and declutter, and clean better than I currently do.
What a delightful person you are. I found this channel because of Midwest Magic Cleaning and I'm so glad I did. I love how you work /with/ the people you help, and how you just genuinely like the process like the fun sounds things make and such. You're awesome!
Yay! I’ve been waiting for this one. I love following Mira’s amazing job she’s done and her wonderful personality ❤. It’s more fun when two who have become friends can finally meet and work together. I am so glad that Mira reached out to you and that you could help. Whether it’s needing help with cleaning, organizing, having health challenges or many other issues it’s hard to humble ourselves to ask for help. After becoming disabled 10 years ago, I have had to learn than it’s ok to ask for help. I’ve always been neat, clean and organized but with health challenges there are simply things I can’t do anymore. Mira is so insightful, a wonderful personality and such an inspiration to so many and you do an amazing job Bonnie. I love her kitchen, lots of counter space, cupboards, natural light and lots of room. Such an amazing job and sending hugs to both of you from upstate New York 🤗
Thank you! It was a dream come true to meet her in person and perform this service for her. And, yes, asking for help can be so difficult, or even just accepting help when it is offered. Sometimes I have to remind myself that people really do want to help and we are giving them an opportunity to serve when we reach out for help.
That was a wonderful thing for you to clean up her kitchen. I can’t relate to the lady with the messy kitchen. It is hard to explain the overwhelming I sometimes feel when my house is messy. God bless you and the dear lady ❤
@@julieduchek2969 As a retired hospital dietitian I can't relate to a messy kitchen either. But I can relate to feeling overwhelmed and ill and unable to tackle tasks and letting them pile up. Mira probably didn't like her messy kitchen any more than we would.
What a blessings... To put a smile on a person face says it all!!! What you have done for her says it all.❤ I've helped some random older lady at a Dollar Tree store. She just started a conversation about stuff and she's and me what were am in for and i told her i was buy cleaning to do a job. So one thang lead to another she ask if i will come over to help her declutter and i said yes. She said that she don't have any friends so i was there to overcome what she was dealing with. I put a million dollar 😃 on her face. We need more people help folks that is in need of help without being judged!!!! God bless you.
There is also a UK woman and Channel Remi Clog and she has a problem with Executive Decision dysfunction she calls it, like Mira and is very understanding and informed and shares how she manages and helps others but there is as she would call it regular 'mess' she manages to tackle. Looking forward to seeing the bathroom.
❤ you!
You really deserve it! You have worked so hard on your own. Doing the work is inspiring to us all. It sends out and attracts incredibly positive vibes
So sorry for the passing of your sweet dog. It is hard to not have them around. Prayers for you.❤❤❤
Your kitchen looks wonderful! I'm so sorry for the loss of your Cupid~ we recently lost our little 16 year old runt Shih Tsu Finnegan, so I know how both of you feel. Hugs to you. Can't wait to see the new table!!!
Floor tip - use a push broom for scubbing, a carpet cleaner for sucking up the urine ( you can rinse the floor this way too ) My Aunts house floors were worse than Miras and it worked like a charm ❤️
For dirty dishes soak them in boiling hot water in the tub. It also works like a charm
Shame and isolation can keep people from asking or receiving help. I am so proud of mira for welcoming help! Thank you for helping her 🎉
Absolutely!!😊🙏
I need help 😢
Someone please tell me what product does she use for the stove?
@@ggerdaggZep oven and grill cleaner I think. If you look in the video's description, there's a list of products she uses.
@@nicoleymacaroniPaper, yes. Plastic, no. It takes thousands of years to break down and greatly harms wildlife and bodies of water.
Oh, thank you. 💕
See Midwest Cleaning too
Agreed
Thank you for helping Mira. The kitchen looks amazing! It's nice to see that she was able to tackle an area that seemed impossible because you were there to support her ❤
Thank you so, so much! That is so generous of you! This will help me to buy more things for homeowners who need it.❤️🙏
That was very thoughtful, too bad YT takes 50% of the money from what I heard, cash app or other ways go straight to the person. Just FYI 😊
It doesn't take 50%, but yes, a large chunk, and depends on the size of the channel etc. They make it pretty mysterious@@Chich8058
Yes depression is hard to cope with and it’s very hard and sad when our little pawsons cross the rainbow 🌈 bridge so sorry Mira
I hope Mira can get help on a regular basis, having a weekly cleaning person would help her a lot!!!
I love your videos. I really like Mira and her laugh. You are an angel to help people like this and I know Mira appreciates it. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
You are so kind! Thank you!❤️🙏
What an incredible transformation!
Thanks, and welcome!😊💕🙏
Same, I have similar pet stains that built up when I was ill and I needed to hear someone being compassionate about the same scenario.
Hang in there, a lot of us can relate. I hope things improve for you. Sending you good thoughts.
I hear you. Same here , plus my son came back to live with me a d he is sick also. So double trouble!! 😢😢
This was so awesome!
With Pampered Chef you can clean it with baking soda and hot water
@@arlenehefner7261Thank you for this tip.
Good for her in taking charge of home herself and asking for the help.
I love it! ❤️❤️❤️❤️ That's the best to do a good deed without any recognition. It's an instant mood-lifter!!
Thank you gor helping Mira! I am so fond of her and love that you collaborated.
Your compassion matches your cleaning ability...extraordinary. Well done.
Thank you! 😊
BTW, I'm on lots of psych meds, too. Each day, I make a list of things I can do that day. Just 4 or 5 things.
Thanks so much❤️🙏
This makes me so happy! I've been watching Mira since she started her channel, and for you to partner with her and help her is just AMAZING! Look at that kitchen now!!!!! I imagine she can feel relief instead of stress now when she walks in there.
Definitely a mood uplifted!
You did a wonderful job!
This was great, I'm sure Mira feels a huge burden lifted. You rock, Bonnie!
You never know what someone is going through in their life - I have found it a blessing to NOT judge others, but rather help them in any way I can. Well done Bonnie, and well done Mira for having the courage to show the process 🥰
Yes, well said!😊❤️
I am so impressed with Mira. Both for finally finding the strength to go on the journey to a clean and decluttered home, and for putting it all on UA-cam where not everyone will say nice things.
Right?! I'm sure she gets a lot of negative comments and that would make it so hard to keep going, but she's doing amazing!
Thank you for helping Mira. I’ve personally found having extensive organization systems is much less necessary when I don’t have too much stuff.
Mira is one of my favorites. She’s inspirational. So sad Cupid is gone.
I've been so excited for this one. Thank for making it decently long 🥰 and thank you for helping our friend Mira with such non-judgement and kindness. I hope you get to feeling better with your recent illness and I pray that this is an amazing turning point for ms. Mira. You're both lovely.
Thank you!❤️🙏
My goodness, what a blessing you are reaching out and helping people like Mira in such a positive and non judgemental way. Thank you for what you do. Wishing Mira happy times in her clear kitchen
Thank you so much!
I understand, I am a domestic violence survivor. I suffer from depression, anxiety disorder, bipolar disorder and PTSD. Each day is a struggle just to get out of bed. I can say I have a overwhelming clutter. I try to start but I get so overwhelmed.
❤️🙏
This is one of my favorite cleaning videos to rewatch. Thank you for all you do, Bonnie. ❤
Wow, thank you!😊🙏
One of your best videos yet Bonnie!

Great job. What a wonderful space for Mira to cook and eat in now.
Now I imagined Magic Mack bursting out of a trash can like "tadaah!" Just the thing he would do. 😆
RIP Cupid 🐶❤ , it's really difficult to lose a beloved part of the family in the first place, but when depressed it compounds the heartbreak 💔😢
Hi Bonnie,
Most batteries have a 10 year shelf life.
The kitchen is amazing! Great job! ❤
So happy you make your love to help available. You did such a nice job. So sorry for your loss. So sorry for Mira’s loss
Aw, thank you!😊🙏❤️
I really admire Mira; she is incredibly brave to ask for help and move forward. It gave me chills seeing the sweet note she wrote herself...and now that dream is becoming a reality. The kitchen was quite a mess but I could also see that she was trying to do too many things as once and became overwhelmed. She deserves a nice clean space to enjoy her life!
I totally agree!🙏❤️
Not cheesy at all, that’s fabulous y’all’s dogs both had such long lives.I’m sure they were filled with love 💕
What a wonderful job you did for Mira! The kitchen is beautiful and looking forward to seeing the bathroom. So sorry about your fur babies 💔😢. Pets are so hard to lose! 🫶🏼🙏🏻💕
Thank you so much!
What’s transformation!
And there’s nothing cheesy about loving a deceased pet. I wish peace for both of you.
I’m so happy you mentioned Mira‘s laugh! ❤ She is just so authentic and delightful!
LOVE Mira! ❤
I am watching this as I am going through my own decluttering journey, currently in the kitchen.
Thank you for the work that you do.
You got this!🥰
You are an angel and such a kind person. Thanks for helping Mira, and for the lovely video.
Thank you so much!
The kitchen looked amazing, you are an Angel for Mira, she sounds like a lovely lady. So sad to hear of her puppy and yours passing, but they not in pain anymore. A wonderful utube. I'm a big fan.. thankyou xx
Thank you so much!
What a beautiful kitchen! Amazing job! I just had to part with my almost 16 year old dog as well a week ago and I am not taking it very well so far. We were nearly inseparable his whole life. Sending peace and comfort over the whole planet right now!
💜 Sending you peace and comfort too - I know what a great loss that is. It can take a lot of time to feel like yourself again.
I'm so sorry to hear that. Any time someone loses a pet I can relate to that pain. When you have such a loving pet who is always by your side it's just the hardest when it's their time to leave.
Doesn't it hurt SO BAD?!! I'm so sorry! It's one of the hardest decisions to make. Sending you lots of love.❤❤❤🙏
Thank you for adding this!!!
It is so vital to know that most chemicals, perfumes, oils and candles with good smell, most house cleaners, smoke and some cooking pans are DEADLY TO BIRDS! everybody needs to know that 👍🏻
Mira must have such a weight lifted off of her shoulders after this kitchen declutter/clean. Amazing job!!
I love watching you clean. My sisters think that’s weird. Keep up the good work, you are helping so many.
And my husband thinks it's weird that I make these videos and that people actually want to watch them.😄❤️👍
you are such a charm bonnie! thank you for raising understanding for mental illness and encouraging ever1 to hold on ❤
😊❤️🙏
This was AMAZING! I know Mira loved her "new" kitchen. I was just tickled knowing that you were going to help her. She is a sweetheart. I hope she is doing ok.
Hope you're getting better as well, Bonnie.
Yes! Thank you! I'm feeling much better and I'm ready to get back to work.
I would love to do a Q&A with Mira! If we find time when I go up to clean her bathroom, maybe we will try to do a live together.😊
Bonnie @A Beautiful Mess, God bless you for your compassion, generosity and support for others who cannot do for themselves. You’re a true inspiration. So happy I found your channel. Michale from Moore, Oklahoma. 😊
You're so kind. Thank you!🥰🙏
I appreciate YOU! You are such a blessing to those you help. The world truly needs more people like you. Thank you for sharing your gift and grace with others who need it so dearly.
Wow, thank you!🥰🙏

Yes! Thank you!
You did an awesome job helping Mira. I am so glad she reached out to you and were able to make such a difference quickly. RIP to Cupid
you are probably the kindest person i've ever witnessed. to deal with that ammonia from the dogs is really brutal and you are so upbeat about everything. it's like a miracle to watch. i've been working on boxes of stuff from two storage lockers and going through that and donating and recycling. next is cleaning the kitchen and bathroom. thank you for inspiring me to try tomorrow instead of feeling guilty for not dealing with it. thanks for helping Mira!
Aw, thank you. That sounds rough for you. I hope you have some help. Sometimes that stuff is so hard to tackle on your own. Best of luck!❤️❤️🙏
I never thought that floor would come so clean. You are truly a blessing in so many lives
Thank you so much!

Thanks for sharing!! It's so wonderful to have a friend like that.
You're so sweet to help her with this
Wow the stove/oven transformation was incredible. You are so kind and fabulous to have done this for Mira. Keep the love growing!
Thank you so much 🤗
I am so happy that you were able to share your energy and skills with Mira. She has been doing such a good job in her house already and really deserves this help. You are both so great and I have really been looking forward to see this video. Amazing before and after!
Thank you so much!
Depression is a horrible thing. I’m so happy for Mira allowing you to help her. She’s been working really hard to get her home in order.
Thank you so much.❤️🙏
Mira seems so sweet! Thank you for helping her ❤❤❤
I think Mira is so courageous for asking for help! I love her laugh too. I've been following her for several months now too. Your help will give her a huge boost on her journey to healthier living. Thanks for sharing about depression too. It will help many of your listeners who are struggling.
Hi I'm so happy that you are helping Mrs.Mira with her kitchen. Mira seems like a great lady.🙂
You have the kindest soul to reach out and help people. Mira needed your comfort, support and awesome cleaning skills. The kitchen is so nice. Your dedication to your pets that have passed on is not cheesy. It's heartfelt and sweet! x
Thank you so much!😊❤️🙏
Does you know what kind of rags are being used that you can throw away? The ones being used to clean up the dog urine?
Thank you so much!!
I know Mira is so grateful
For the love and assistance!
KILLER transformation. and your voiceover feels more confident in this one!!
Sorry for your loss Mira! I’m so glad to see that you’re a dog lover! You’ve made so much progress in your declutter! Congratulations 🎊
I admire Mira for taking part in the process and exposing herself that takes alot of courage
I have followed her progress
The kitchen looks amazing. Thank you good and kind lady for helping Mira. I’m so sorry, Mira about Cupid. Hugs to both of these ladies.
Wow! I’m so proud of Mira for asking for help. I have really enjoyed her purging videos. You and Mira are bringing hope to so many people. I’m so sorry about her fur baby passing. Thank you for helping Mira with so much physical cleaning. You have been blessed with a gift from God.
Sorry to hear about her dog. It’s heartbreaking. You my lady are a machine, and I love your positive words ie stuff under oven is “impressive”
I appreciate that!😊🫶
I love Mira. ❤. Bonnie you are so kind to help out too. What a great collaboration. You are awesome!!!! 👏👏👏👏
Thanks so much
Breathed a sigh of relief seeing the corner of the table cleared up at 35:00 great job on this kitchen.
That's so cool! Thanks for sharing your story. I love that you were able to turn things around. 👏🫶
Bonnie, you are an inspiration to all of us.
I know I wouldn't be able to push through covid and perform that miracle you provided to Mira. ❤
Bonnie, I watched this twice on two different occasions. You are a trooper and I love you for helping Mira.
Bless you. I wish there were people in my area to help me. Being disabled and depressed doesn't help. You did an amazing job
Thank you!
I love doing the dishes and cleaning the countertops because it makes the kitchen look cleaner even if you haven’t swept or vacuumed the floors.
Thank you so much!
😮😮😮Your compassion is a wonderful example of Heavenly Fathers wishes for a giving l,servant's heart...
Any tips on getting between glass of oven door?
@@debjarvie-sexton1609 Thank you! As for the oven door, here is a link to a video I did on how to take apart an oven door...if it's the same style oven door, which many are. If not, you may just want to Google your make and model of oven and how to take apart the door. The video also includes cleaning it without harsh chemicals, but you can definitely use oven cleaner if you'd like. This family had a bird so I couldn't use oven cleaner.

Thank you so much!❤️🙏
This act of service is such a gift, I hope there are loads of people out here willing to help others just like you are
Thank you. It does seem like more and more people are becoming aware that this is such a needed service and so they tell me in the comments that they have started doing some free cleaning in their area. I love to hear that!
🥺My sincere and heartfelt sympathies on the lose of both of your dogs. 😢 *hugs* (if that's ok)
I've gone through pretty severe anxiety, depression, and suicidal thoughts.... but am much better now.
Thank you, Phoebe. We're all in this together. 😊🙏❤️
*nods*.
What a delightful person you are. I found this channel because of Midwest Magic Cleaning and I'm so glad I did. I love how you work /with/ the people you help, and how you just genuinely like the process like the fun sounds things make and such. You're awesome!
🙏💕
Thank you Bonnie for helping Mira! What an awesome job you did on her kitchen!
Thanks so much❤️
That was a wonderful thing for you to clean up her kitchen.
Thank you, Bonnie and I hope you feel better soon. Condolences to Mira on her sweet Cupid 💙 What a cutie pie.
Yep, that's what it's all about! Nothing feels better than helping someone out and putting that smile on their face. 😊❤️❤️
My most embarrassing encounter, I had on a messyhouse. 🥵🥵 Can you feel with me ??
There is also a UK woman and Channel Remi Clog and she has a problem with Executive Decision dysfunction she calls it, like Mira and is very understanding and informed and shares how she manages and helps others but there is as she would call it regular 'mess' she manages to tackle. Looking forward to seeing the bathroom.
I love Remi! I watch her when I have time, which isn't often, but she's fun to listen to and very informative.
I love Remi!
