In this video, we are gonna create Quick Ground cracks using Shatter Effect inside After Effects. Everything will be created from Scratch
--------------------
App I used to create the Voronoi diagram :
play.google.co...
If you are facing any artefacts/errors with the Shatter Effect, just change the project settings to "8 bits per channel"
hy :()(((((
this is honestly one of the best AFTER EFFECTS vfx tutorials ive ever seen. truly looks as good as something done in blender
I'm getting early Andrew Kramer vibes!
This is exactly what I needed,
Your passion and innovation is coming through your work very well.
Was definitely looking for this one, thank you sir
I really enjoyed this video!
Though as a beginner I would love if you could remake the video to fit a slower pace!
Would love to see more from you!! These are amazing
Nic work man perfect...make more tutorials..dude..❤

Wow!
This is really good.

Please make more tutorials on vfx. U earned a sub man love you
Raw talent here, its so interesting to watch, keep the work man!
fantastic tutorial and edit
if you don't mind, could you link the app to create the fragment picture that you imported?
play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.xenris.voronoi
thanks so much
@@zerofxharry i have error thats says file not found..what can be done to get it?
can you please provide a full course on after effects for absolute begginers
I am sorry. I don't think I can at the moment but I recommend you to watch tutorials on Videocopilot.net
That's from where, I learnt After effects..
Hey! thanks for the tutorial!
I was able to do almost everything.
Just the last part, it didnt work! when I had a shot with camera movement.
I turned the Null into 3D, follow the same steps you did but, it didnt work.
1) on time code 7:09 I see that you change x rotation but, I dont know why you just display 4 options. I have all the options from transform.
Anyway, I wrote 90 degres but it didnt work.
2) On timecode 7:18 I see you suceed to place the crack according to the orientation of the road! I wasnt able to get that position.
:(
Hi.
I am really sorry for not being clear in the video.
I recommend watching this video ua-cam.com/video/hFY8yYlKqSQ/v-deo.html
from around 06:30 mark. There will be written instructions so that you can understand the concept better and then apply it to your composition.
Awesome!!
YOU ARE AWESOME
I can tell you have great skills. Can I suggest you recorded this tutorial and speak slower and more clearly. Leave some pauses, please. I'm a native English speaker in North America and would like to be able to follow. Or at least write down the steps for me to read. Thanks you.
I am really sorry.. I should have given pauses for this video. These are my initial videos. So, in a hurry to cram everything into under 10mins so that people can actually click and watch, messed up editing
I suggest you to watch this. Same technique.. ua-cam.com/video/hFY8yYlKqSQ/v-deo.html
You have linked me to a good version that is easier for me to understand. Thank you.
soooo good !
dude everything after 6:00 is so fast and confusing slow down
Would you mind if i ask to know about you PC spec ?
I am using a Laptop ASUS G Strix Ryzen 7, 16 GB RAM, RTC 3050
very nice
wow
Bhai Mere Pass Computer Nahi Hai Model Link Dedo
What model?? I didn't use any model in this video? And what will you do with that if you don't have a computer?
@@zerofxharry me us file ko obj me convert karke prisma 3d me import karunga
Kk. This is not a 3d model anyway. Everything is a 2d layer here. What I am doing is Compositing everything together to get that 3d feel..
@@zerofxharry okay
You move way too fast
You did everything way too fast, thanks for the tutorial but if you know you can't slow it down abeg
I am sorry. This is more like a breakdown video. I recommend watching my Spiderman multiverse portal effect tutorial.. It explains the same concept but a lot slower
You are explaining too fast
I am sorry. The video is more of a breakdown video and a tutorial for intermediate users.. I suggest watching my Spiderman multiverse tutorial along with this where things will be a lot slower and feature the same concept of using Shatter effect
Would this also work from the ground cracks map? ua-cam.com/video/-7G4Yqi7F6Y/v-deo.html
You can apply a Colorama effect to the cell pattern map shown in that video and then, you can use that as a Shatter map. But you will face some artifacts of small chunks flying all over the Composition like a failed physics simulation
