    When I am in the table top position and lift my leg, I have pain in the pelvic floor area
    Is this normal? Is it still okay to go these exercises?
    I am 36 weeks today

      Hi Sira, if you feel pain, please don't push through the exercise. It's very common to have pelvic pain in the third trimester due to the hormone relaxin in your body that makes everything loose. Skip the exercise and continue with the next one. Much love to you.
