    Hello!!! I just did this workout and wow I am utterly and totally exhausted!! I tried my hardest! Had to have a little break as I was just sweating so much. Managed most exercises, just a few small adjustments on some, as my wrists hurt when i hold the weights on the floor with the planks, so just had my hands on the floor, otherwise another stellar 10/10 5 star workout!! Also I love a longer format, i think it will really help with my fitness. Thankyou and have a beautiful day x
