      To add, I think for us English speakers, it will not sound as good. Part of it, I think, is that it's a language that works for the style and maybe it sounds good because the language he is singing in is so foreign. Now, people have done cool throat singing in english, but it's more difficult methinks

    "A message for anyone who is feeling a bit of pain in the beginning*
    It is better to stop singing when you feel pain and let your throat rest for the day. Come back to it tomorrow for a minute or two. If it starts hurting again, you know the drill, let your body rest. In a few days, it will feel natural to throat sing and you won't feel any discomfort :D
    My thought on why it hurts is that, in the beginning, probably, we use a certain part of our throat that is not used at all. So, its development is probably close to that of an infant, maybe. It starts to mature when we actively use it. That's my theory, but if there is anyone who knows human anatomy well, please do leave a comment below about this :D

      When it starts hurting it's because you're using your vocal cords too harshly, you will get used to it with time, but it you keep doing it when it hurts you can cause permanent vocal damage, and lose the ability to talk. So be careful.

I figured out how to do it by trying to do a bass "thump" as far down in my throat as I could go. I think to do a deathcore growl you have to compress your note a little more then add the distortion.

    Glad to find your video. I figured the "golden vibration" was a key factor because when I would hit it my voice instantly became way louder. The breathing from the diaphragm is still a bit hard as is adding low notes. Any tips for those? High notes are definitely easier for me. Also question for you. Whats the difference between the various styles of Asian throat singing, and what is it that separates the Scandinavian throat singing from the others?

    • @Hachapuri69
      @Hachapuri69  3 роки тому +5

      Heeey! Thank you for your feedback! :D
      My friend noticed that I was mispronouncing the word "diaphragm", its a bit embarrassing but lesson learned xD
      Anyways, I believe you will get used to breathing with it over time. Maybe try breathing with diaphragm and throatsinging as long as you can with one go. If you can continue doing it, I think your body will get used to it quite fast :D
      About low notes, I have no idea, maybe it will come in time when you get comfortable with this singing style?
      Central Asian (Turkic, Mongolian and Tibetan) throat singing styles usually don't differ that much. Canadian natives seem to have a unique singing style and also Sardinians. I have no idea about Scandinavians tho :O
      Saamii people's yoik singing style is present in Mongolia but practiced by very few individuals, I think :S
