      I’m afraid I lost a few important numbers off my old iPad when I bought the very latest one. I asked Simon to save them for me before I gave it to one of our grandchildren. To a large extent it’s worked and I can’t see why not 100%?I would love it again if you can send it?

    My dream is to learn to make all Chinese dishes and have my own takeaway.
    I've seen one 3kw induction hob for sale for £140 down from £400.
    I just made this with cooked prawns and the only complaint was a complement that there was more prawns and vegetables. Couldn't actually tell it was homemade. I added garlic chilli and ginger also. 😋

  • @ctakitimu

    Yeah I get it with the texture of the prawns. Not that I have it with prawns, I love them soo much! But raisins/sultanas for me is like biting into the sac of a spider and having it burst in my mouth! I don't mind their flavour if they're mashed like in a sultana pastie/biscuit, but whole urggh!

    I love my local Chinese and we’ve tried all the ones around but keep going back because the main dishes are great. But simple things like their fried rice dishes are just boring. They aren’t “bad” but if you ordered an egg fried ride it would literally be the rice and a tiny bit of egg. No other veg in it at all! Their mushroom chowmein tastes good but they don’t cut up the mushrooms so there’s no charring or smoke taste on them, just whole mushrooms that are more soft and squishy than anything. But if you order things that take actual effort to create it’s always stunning

    • @ZiangsFoodWorkshop
      @ZiangsFoodWorkshop  3 роки тому

      That’s odd, normally if main dishes are good, sides are good too

During the filming it was fine, but for some reason at the beginning and the end you had the lights too yellow. I have the same lights, but I have an LCD screen that shows the kelvin number. Your lights need to be more towards the daylight (blue) side, but not 100% blue (if that helps) Anyway great vid as usual. I made the same dish on one of my vids. Clearly not as good as yours 😀
