Silversmithing: Reticulation of Silver

This short tutorial shows you the basics of using a torch to create texture through a process of reticulation . There are many different ways to texture silver, but this is my favorite. The results vary from piece to piece, so you can get some really unique surfaces. Adding a little texture sometimes can really make a design pop.
