Grant holloway put Florida in such a good position, Holloway is a pure competitor. He ran from lane 2 for half of that race and he still opened up a 6 meter gap on them. He has got so much heart

Holloway is an absolute stud!!! End of story!
There is nothing better than having a kid clean up in all the sprints and still tell the coach he will be there in the 4x4. Unbelievable!!!

2 professional runs. 1.) Holloway for his move and, 2.) University of Houston Anchor, not panicing when Gator hit'um with the hip check. The 2 best adjustments I have seen in quite some time.

Watching FROM KENYA. I love USA. 400m, 4x100, 100m, 200m is like your speciality just as distance running is our speciality. Blessings. Waiting to cheer team USA in Tokyo. PRAYING for Felix.

He doesn't did you not hear the announcer, Igbokwe ran so many events at this championships. He ran two rounds of the 200 AND two rounds of the 400 before having to run this relay. His biggest mistakes was just taking out too hard. He just honestly should have went out a bit more conservative considering the heavy load he already had in his legs.
