when other realtors showed this home, it didn't really stick with me. but for some reason when you, Enes, showed around the home and Mikey commenting and asking questions, made me automatically love and feel comfortable throughout the tour.
The architect really did an amazing floorplan for this house, the interior flow is perfect, and the spaces for each room are so well laid out. Very special house, not just a giant hotel-like residential space, it feels like a home.
Same, I’ve seen this house toured before and wasn’t really impressed, but after watching this video Enes made me change my mind about the home. His thorough explanation about certain details is what makes his videos stand out from the others.
As a designer I rarely get impressed by other people’s design but this did it for me, this house is very well designed by a very talented architect! The tour was equally outstanding, I specially appreciate the time they took to learn the right architectural terminology.
I reeeaally like how knowledgeable you are about architecture, engineering, and design. It's great to hear realtors describe properties with more words than "this nice.... this really nice... this very nice...it's nice". Looking out for more properties so I can take notes on aesthetics, engineering and design. You know, mentally build my dream home. ;-)

One of the most beautiful houses I've seen. I love minimalist and clean design like this. Terrific job at showing the house too. No hundreds of jump cuts, no annoying music. Everything just perfect
Maybe they are there because they look empty otherwise and they look good. I saw a master bedroom without any seating areas once and it looked really empty. However they could probably put something more useful than a seating are in other places.

Lolll Aesop is expensive, smells nice and has high end packaging. They give free products away to certain orgs that can help them with their high end image. The marketing is working!

And I agreed what you said about the scent of their products, they smell so damn good, maybe they should focus on candles and perfumes, some of their scents are pretty unique.

This channel is growing fast - I've been showing it to my friends and they all love it also.
One day when I can afford one of these homes, although I don't want to live in LA, maybe Montecito, I want Enes as my realtor. He pays attention to details, you can tell he loves what he does.

Personally I prefer his video work, giving great angles from different positions of a specific space when he is talking about it, including for example a close-up of the flooring material that I don't think is there in the Enes vid. Overall though Enes' greater knowledge of architecture, construction, carpentry, etc. and attention to detail makes his video superior.
This house is stunning! Don't even know where to start... The bathrooms are amazing and the wood on the middle part of the home is beautiful! It brings so much comfort inside! Views are as always stunning and I love all the natural light that you get through out this property!!! You really tour every single room and show every little detail, that's why I love your videos. I love how this house feels like a home rather than a very fancy air bnb. the architecture is just stunning and the soft toned colors give it a very nice home feel, which I LOVE in a house, some houses can be nice and roomy but most don’t feel like a comfortable environment . This property is spectacular. The front entry, specifically looking from the interior was not given enough attention during your tour. The space is the most incredible entry I’ve ever seen: the exquisite framing of the amazing olive trees is enough to take my breath away. Thanks for featuring this property
I like watching architecture videos like this, but this is the first one from Enes. Something I especially like about his way of presenting is that it's mostly fluently walking trough the house. For me that's essential because you get a whole map in your head about where everything is because you see the turns from the camera and know exactly at which angle you're looking at something and so on. I watched a lot of videos about expensive homes and this one is particularly nice and interesting. Modern, but because of the wood and selected materials like the stones (natural materials) also kind of warm. The decoration is simplistic, but not too much. Great home!
i fell in love with this huge house! really love the 3 volumes connected by gaps with skylights! love the color theme used, esp. with all the bathrooms. and i actually love that some areas are like mazes where you'd find another room or section of the house! 😍😍😍

I agree! This is the most beautiful house you have showed. The stone chosen in contrast with the cedar(?), floors and walls makes th house cozy and relaxing. The outdoor shower in it's ow private patio flanked by two mature Olive trees is my dream! Every single corner of the house have me goosebumps.
I think he will have to give houses away considering the extreme LA heat, pollution, potential for more earthquakes and the huge inequality and homelessness problem.
The house feels warm/cozy yet cold at the same time. Beautiful architecture, overall design and location although the use of space on the first level feels a bit odd, too many lounging areas for me personally. I like the way you presented it with all the knowledge you have/attention to details and the video/edit is awesome of course 🤍
Just saw the outside of this house in a shot of the Christmas movie "Single All the Way" - I immediately pointed it out as "that house Enes toured! The architechture is so unique and memorable, it's an iconic building that's difficult to miss.

This is one house I had to watch thrice to really understand what's going on and how they built it. Thank you for such an incredible tour I would like to add, if I may, that the guest suite can be switched with the office space for many reasons. 1. You don't want to get distracted while working. 2. Visitors to your office don't need to go around the house to get to your office, a direct passage to the top of garage can be arranged. 3. Better views for stay-in guests or can accommodate children

It is so hard to combine between these three but it is done here in such a harmonious way it’s literally a masterpiece.I am not even looking for a house right now but if I was based in LA I would’ve bought it right away

This property is spectacular. The front entry, specifically looking from the interior was not given enough attention during your tour. The space is the most incredible entry I’ve ever seen: the exquisite framing of the amazing olive trees is enough to take my breath away.

I like watching architecture videos like this, but this is the first one from Enes. Something I especially like about his way of presenting is that it's mostly fluently walking trough the house. For me that's essential because you get a whole map in your head about where everything is because you see the turns from the camera and know exactly at which angle you're looking at something and so on.
I watched a lot of videos about expensive homes and this one is particularly nice and interesting. Modern, but because of the wood and selected materials like the stones (natural materials) also kind of warm. The decoration is simplistic, but not too much. Great home!

i fell in love with this huge house! really love the 3 volumes connected by gaps with skylights! love the color theme used, esp. with all the bathrooms. and i actually love that some areas are like mazes where you'd find another room or section of the house! 😍😍😍

I agree! This is the most beautiful house you have showed. The stone chosen in contrast with the cedar(?), floors and walls makes th house cozy and relaxing. The outdoor shower in it's ow private patio flanked by two mature Olive trees is my dream! Every single corner of the house have me goosebumps.

The house feels warm/cozy yet cold at the same time. Beautiful architecture, overall design and location although the use of space on the first level feels a bit odd, too many lounging areas for me personally. I like the way you presented it with all the knowledge you have/attention to details and the video/edit is awesome of course 🤍

I am in awe. this has to be my #1 favorite home that he has shown. the architecture is really in a class of its own. never seen anything like this. amazing project design. inside and out. I would like to add, if I may, that the guest suite can be switched with the office space for many reasons. 1. You don't want to get distracted while working. 2. Visitors to your office don't need to go around the house to get to your office, a direct passage to the top of garage can be arranged. 3. Better views for stay-in guests or can accommodate children
