Saying "now right in front of me" means nothing if you don't say where that is in relation to where you were. With the video edits, it's not like we can see your every move. Other than that, I think you do a very professional job. You're easy to relate to and I think you'll do very well with this.

But do like as you go to the right into the living room/floating stairs/huge dining room and courtyard. Powder room/sitting room with pool view. Great wine 🍷 room. Massive kitchen and island with chandelier opposed to pendant lighting. Massive everyday dining. Beautiful laundry. Another powder room. Loooooove the butlers kitchen. Large guest bedroom. En-suite. Large movie theater. Large mud room. Beautiful staged large office. Ok. So you kinda swung around from the living room all the way around to the theater and office. The backyard is lovely. Sunken firepit. Large pool. Was concerned about grass maintenance so turf definitely a plus. Basketball court. Outdoor kitchen and dining. The detached guest house is beautiful. Laundry too? Nice. Gym with bathroom and sauna. The primary without the en-suite and closet is bigger than a studio apt in NYC. Lovely balcony. Amazing en-suite showroom closets. A secondary staircase needed in a home this large. Spacious oversized guest bedrooms and cozy en-suites and amazing closets. Need a map or GPS 😂. Thanks for sharing Jp and see you next video.
Nice house but one constant in these luxury properties is that the builders always screw up the basketball courts and volleyball courts cause they don't play the sport themselves so they screw up the lines and spacings and have people running into walls and dangerous cliffs and other stuff when clearly there is enough space to make it a decent safe half court experience.
I don't know if I should say this because I do like your videos but your voice kind of makes me sleepy so much so that at times it's hard to watch the full video.
