Cried watching the MV live during the debut and again during the album watchalong, what a masterpiece. I thought it was gonna be hard to pick a favorite song from the new album at first, but with every day that passes it gets easier and easier to call this not just my favorite from Summer in the Dark, but my favorite numi song full stop. Thank you so much for over 100 songs, and for somehow improving every time. Also, Holmes has solved the guitar, I'm convinced.

Man, I found a Numi's youtube when she was at 5k , and while I did listen to pizza in the cosmos at the time, I wasn't the craziest about it a bit after refining my music of 2-3 years. Numi is most definitely my favorite artist ever to hell and back we'll be here

Numi how the fuck can you be so consistantly BANGING?
I dont have the time to watch stream so consistently anymore but everytime you release an album i free up as much time as needed to just sit down and LISTEN and boy did summer in the dark DELIVER!!!
Each song was so uniquely good whilst also keeping with your style so far and overflowing with your personality and emotions and made me also feel.
It was hard to pick but my personal favorite had to be "kiss me!", I have a soft spot for the acustic songs haha and that one was so overflowing with somber, bitter sweet yet comfy vibes that by the time i finished it it was kinda hard to remember the words because the emotion i got left with was all the more powerful and if thats not a statement to the power of music as a means to communicate idk what is.
Although the concert version of "pizza in the cosmos" did come close for me because that song was my ol favorite of yours and it was like having my favorite fruit be sweet mango and then tasting sour mangos only to discover theyre JUST AS GOOD in a different, mango-y way.
I hope you get the time to read this, your art has done a lot for me and i wish you could understand just how much i respect you for it even if i never met you, much love and hoping for your best!

Three weeks after this song debuted and I STILL CANNOT GET OVER HOW MUCH OF A (HEAD)BANGER this song is. 100 songs written by her and this one CAME IN AND SWUNG HARD, LANDING A HOME RUN right into possibly one of my favorite music pieces in all of 2024 as a whole. Numi and Holmes upgraded from cooking to professional license in terms of quality.
