This gives us a fun idea for a challenge! Can you beat pokemon red/blue with just pokemon?
No weapons, no armor, no magic, no limit breaks, no dual/triple techs, no job system, no sphere grid, and no shouts. Just pokemon in battle. Consumable items like potions and pokeballs are also allowed. Obviously it would be super difficult with all those restrictions, but it might just be possible.
Nearly impossible, but doable with some legendary RNG.

I remember playing platinum and finding 2 graveler shinies, in victory road, the first one blew up. At that point, I had no idea how rare they are, but I knew I had a lot more training to do, so I caught and trained a Golduck, switched it in on the second shiny and caught it, I still have it today.
During chuggaaconroy’s LP of Pokémon Platinum, he told a story about a friend of his who found two back to back Shiny Gravelers in Mt. Coronet, both of which used Self-Destruct on the first turn.

I recently did a re-playthrough of Platinum (cartridge) and holy crap my shiny luck was about the same as yours! My fourth (yup... 1-2-3-4!) came outside on Route 225 in a Fearow. Krickitot on Eterna Forest, Marill on Rt. 212 while grinding, and Wooper in the Great Marsh my first time through it. I'm still gobsmacked over it.
Don't let this video distract you from the fact that it took six months for Purplecliffe to nuzlocke this game.
Purplecliffe was also doing an extreme randomizer, and was not being careful at all

Fun memory: I'll never forget the day my mom bought Platinum for me. It was waiting for me at home because I had to stay after school to give a speech for my communications class. I got home after NAILING the presentation, chose Chimchar as my starter and I KID YOU NOT, the first Pokemon I encountered (post getting Poke Balls) was a SHINY STARLY! I caught it, female with a crappy nature BUT it was on my team throughout the game!

Before learning about Masuda methods I thought I had never seen a shiny, full odds shiny and I've been playing since Fire Red and Leaf Green. Then I used the Masuda method on Sword to get a shiny Eevee and thought "wow, first shiny ever." But after looking through my PC I discovered a shiny Gothorita and was confused. I thought at first I must have traded for it but then I remembered that I caught one in the Dusty Bowl while I was filling out the pokedex. I guess I missed the shiny animation for it. So my first full odd shiny EVER was Gothorita and I didn't even know it.

Charizard is a starter, has two mega evolutions, one gigantimax form and is the Ace of 2 champions. Explain?
The 2 Charizard Mega Evolutions are equal (if not better) to the 2 regional variants of Meowth. Perrserker isn't a factor, since it's basically the equivalent of Persian. Charizard's G-Max is equal to Meowth's G-Max. Therefore, Charizard is more spoilt, since it's still the ace of 2 champions.
