I have a couple of these F405 AIO's. One of the main selling points was that the 9V BEC can be hooked up to a controller switch with USER1in betaflight, however when you have bidirectional dshot turned on and the pinio mapping for the switch configured the 9V power will just turn off after about 10-15 seconds regardless of the position of the switch. You have to disable that functionality by setting the pinio 1 resource to none to get the stupid thing to stay on at all. Otherwise it's a great FC, got one in a Flylens 85 and another in a Fractal Wingman.
This helped me more than you can imagine, I’ve 3 of these and been trying to get this all working since they came out, even talking to flywoo wasn’t helpful!
@@TobyDavies Dude, talking to Flywoo support, while they did eventually give me the answer, was a full week of messaging back and forth trying to get some kind of resolution out of them. It was like pulling teeth. Glad you're able to use them. They are actually really good FCs once you can get the 9V to stay on.
@@icebalm I just gave up with them as they didn't know what was happening and since it’s a pretty new FC no one was really talking about it so I thought I was screwed. I know when they first launched it the site said to use user 1 and change it to user 2 so I'm guessing they've messed up already and not fixed it. I've just set it up now and it’s all working perfectly like it should! Thank you!
Try turning off LED_STRIP on the config tab instead of turning off b-dshot. This has resolved the VTX power issue on at least one of the two goku f405 HD v2's I bought (I haven't fully tested on the other yet). Flown around 10 packs so far without the vtx turning off or doing anything suspicious, and I have b-dshot on and can turn the VTX on and off from my remote okay.
I ran into the same problem though... as soon as I turned on b-dshot the VTX started randomly turning off after a few seconds. I noticed that changing the led configuration seemed to affect how long it took for the VTX to turn off which led me to disabling LED_STRIP and I haven't had the VTX power misbehave since then. I'm on 4.5.0.
I'm using this from the flylens85 config with LED_STRIP turned off, b-dshot on, VTX switch will be USER2:

@@nathanlucas5496 Oh! That's interesting. Thanks for posting. I didn't actually need the VTX power switch functionality since I run HDZERO and I can turn the VTX on/off with stick commands, but I'll keep this in mind if I ever need it!

Will the Bipolar Dual 5.8ghz only antennas work well with the walksnail dual vtx? - I realize it likely wouldn't be as good as 2 antennas, but curious if this would work for simpler mounting, especially on smaller drones.

Ditto. Don't expect Flywoo will be manufacturing new batches of F745 AIO with BL32 firmware. They may have inventory, but would be nice to know what support plans they have going forward.

Do these new AIOs support INAV?
Previous editions of Goku F405, F745 that have INAV and Ardopilot firmware targets. So these FC's may supported already. Issue would likely be baro, or IMU compatibility compared to previous editions. It would be nice to know the minimum firmware version an FC supports and was tested with, but few manufactures list this in the specs.
