Day 1, moment 1: tears brought upon by emotions of “I am worthy, deserving and failure is not going to apply this time to my true goals,” self awareness that there is further emotional work necessary to properly realign and focus correctly, which will come with repetition and conditioning. Came into this video randomly but in my heart i know it’s on purpose. Day 1 of meditation is my starting point of changeing my reality and feel all the love and joy that I am.
Abhayasa and Vairagya are both from Vedas and then again from Gita. It's not so complicated. Abhyasa is practice, and vairagya is giving up or surrendering everything irrelevant to your practice so you can focus. Example: A healthy body isn't just going to the gym (abhayasa); it's also giving up the crap food you are eating (vairagya).
Thank You. I'm not ready to share my progress with this because I'm working through trauma healing but I can assure you this will lift you higher than you thought you could ever go. Take it seriously.
I never realized that I was doing this my whole life. Because of certain events that have happened in my life I've been stuck in a state of fear. From doing this first meditation, I feel a little more clarity in what I need to do. I'm very thankful for this experience and commit myself to this new habit for the next 30 days to see where this new experience will lead me.
Day 3: Today I took this meditation with me into the ocean. Highly recommended (or any body of water outdoors)! A truly powerful place to focus and feel even more depth into the emotions of love, gratitude and visualization of my accomplishment having already been achieved. Conditioning has grown one day further, still crawling, soon will be walking
Gratitude Meditation Protocol Accountability Days 15-29: I have been enjoying everything way more. Including daily tasks like cooking and even cleaning. Biggest wins: I am starting to do videos again and I am getting my website ready for business. I have found a lot of ways to help me conquer my fears and to get my goals. Day 2: The journey is underway, the commitment has been made, there is no turning back from this point, the rear view mirror has been deliberately removed from my vessel..only one windshield in front of me left to look forward through. Tapping into day 1’s emotions was less difficult, conditioning has begun but only the surface has been scratched so far, patience and persistence is key 🔑

Gratitude meditation protocol accountability day 1 3 big wins: . woke up early to bring car to get serviced . shared a meaningful conversation with Mike, mechanics associate who gave me a ride home. Started by him asking me what was something good that has happened to me lately, then in turn I asked him the same. In the 20min car ride we ended up talking about ancient civilizations and the location of the pyramids in Egypt, South America and Stonehenge. Cuz summer solstice is approaching conjunct to the strawberry full moon, big energies to align with. . Finding this powerful meditation practice, doing it, feeling the benefits and growing in gratitude. Thank you for sharing, Quazi Out of my control was finding that one of my beloved plant friends, a sage that was becoming a nice bush, had been eaten overnight by one (or more) of the million wild bunnies that live in this area. I felt myself moving through some feelings there 😂 and eventually landing on “oh, well! Bon appetit!” What I would like to improve on is to put all parts of my written pieces together to form the book I want to share with the world Peace ✌🏽

My experience: I wasn't even in a completely silent place, cars passing by people talking loudly, and even so I managed to escape the noise. The key is in the power of the heart, don´t fear nothing but love everything and together you will chape the future.
I skipped one day, but my experience so far is that every time I go and come back I bring a bit of myself, yes this is the true goal, remembering who am I because I have already been here. "Everything that you are I will find a way to get to you" The universe I'll see you all there
ok, so I've had a problem with my hip on the left side for a long time and my doctor says I have to do physiotherapy, but now I'm really focusing on meditation and today I woke up without pain to the point where I could walk normally. all because in these last two meditations, I just asked my body to fix that part over and over again. So, better someone explained what a hell it´s going on here.
I don't know why I didn't think it was before. But thank you so much for putting this out there, Quazi. I'm about 2 weeks in and feel so much better about life in general.

The primary reason most people can't make any of this work is because they're too focused on what everyone else is doing instead of focusing on themselves. Envy is energy invested somewhere else besides self.

Gratitude Meditation Accountability Protocol “Day #1” 1. Biggest Win: I finished my project with my sprinklers 2. Outside of my control was the weather and what had happened while the sprinklers were not running. 3. I would like to improve on how fast I act on my intuition.
I highly recommend the mediation at ca. 17 minutes in. SO MUCH better than I expected! I was listening to the video in the background... Very glad I did. As soon as the mediation started, it was impossible not to participate in a serious manner... And that's coming from someone who has great problems focussing on any kind of guided meditation, etc... Within one minute, Qazi, I knew that what you were talking about previously weren't just empty or exaggerated words (which I kind of expected at first - I'm sorry, my friend). You're my teacher now. Congratulations on what you've "achieved" (I know this is the wrong word, but you know what I mean) in your heart and mind. My heart's blessings go out to you, and I hope you can feel what I'm gifting you with (though I don't care if you do or not - just continue on your path, that's enough; very obvious that... Sorry, I feel I should stop writing more and more words). You're my teacher now, Qazi (or is it Quazi? But how do you want me to pronounce it?). It's an honour for both of us. Thank you. ❤ Tonight is full moon, btw. May you be touched and caressed, reminded of those facets of our feelings which are vulnerable and "lunar" by this gentle, luminous celestial body's caring, delicate, soothing rays of most enchanting rays (for anybody more into science: moonlight is usually almost fully polarised, so yes, it's special ... That's why you can see clearer on a moonlit night. Polarised light used to be and still is used medically, though there is not yet sufficient evidence on whether it really raises serotonin as well. Rayleigh scattering of moonlight is also associated with a calming effect on the mind. Sorry for going off topic. I just always feel the urge to address people who might feel doubt, because my training and life experience has shown me that if you go into science deep enough and with an open mind, you'll find the same answers as when you just allow yourself to feel, or what is considered spiritual, energetic, etc... I feel that both approaches are very valuable: feeling something doesn't always mean it's a universal truth - often it's an invitation to process what you're shown. A wise human once said: "what you're feeling, you're healing" - and yes, being present is enough and can transform your life and perception of the world. Healing modalities and processes are beautiful, and I do healing work on people myself. But don't use them with a goal in mind - no parent figures in the sky will reward you for working, putting in effort and money, and suffering, etc , with the "pie in the sky" you're craving. The path to what brings you fulfilment is right before you, or maybe I should say, inside of you. You just need to befriend time as well - as I see it, you cannot decide when and how quickly things will transform in your life, though you can definitely transform things if you're ready, just sometimes you gotta wait for it to manifest in the physical. Other times, your life can change INCREDIBLY quickly... Though my personal philosophy - and yes, maybe it's a coping mechanism, though I feel that I will be healed when the time is right, and I don't wanna obsess over how soon I'll feel it in my body and see it manifested in my life and relations - my philosophy is to take whatever the present moment offers me, and celebrate life as best as i can. Sometimes even celebrate pain, when it doesn't distract too much... I think: somewhere on the planet there's someone in a very bad state. What would I do if I were them... What would I be able make out of what I'm given... And then I see myself as that person, as that someone who's gotta play that role... And why shouldn't I be the actor, instead of playing a wealthy, wise, appreciated, loved person living in a beautiful house, in a healthy body full life force, with people who... Well, you get the idea. Instead, I'll focus on being an amazing actor, and enchanting the "audience" with my mesmerising performance... 😉 Sorry for going off topic... ADHD... I'm working hard on improving these patterns, but also just celebrating my flaws and imperfections instead of beating myself up over things I can't change - not yet. I mean, somebody has to be "that guy" ... the weird person which makes people talk about how they can't believe how someone can behave that way and not like a normal person... But also someone who inspires people by embarrassing themselves - and it's worth it. Ok, sorry for not reading through this message before hitting send.... Guided meditation protocol. Day 1 After watching some of your videos last night and practicing this meditation the next morning I feel a sense of less worry knowing everything will work itself out. A sense of clarity beginning to form after one day.
Day 3: Win : Tapping into letting go of outcomes. A sense of peace and gratitude. Improvement: wanting to stay in walking meditation for longer throughout the day. Setting aside time to learn a new skill.
Day 4: Creative and problem solving thinking. I imagined something I want to achieve and I am gaining more clarity on it. Calmer. Helps me sleep. Improvement: Need to have a more structured intentional day

9 days done. Its been a rollercoaster, hubby had major nose reconstruction surgery for skin cancer 6 days ago and I have been using a knee brace to help with severe pain when walking,, seeing specialist on Wed and xrays. Through it all, there is so much to be grateful for ❤ Thank you Quasi for helping me be so Aware. I am so grateful for my body that has the divine Essence circulating in it so it can heal itself.

Guided meditation Protocol. Day 1: my forehead is pulsing crazily like my heart. I feel really great. I feel I have everything I want. Day 2: I feel extremely calm and grateful. I feel love, wealth, and ultimate freedom. Day 3: I am very grateful and feel more and more love and peace. I'm so sure that I have all I want exactly right now. I'm thankful to you and everybody here. I love you all. Day 4: Today I had a terrible day, or worse, dark day, but I continuously saw the same mirror numbers and I saw a random video that said before spring there is a winter. I never give up I know I am the soul of God. now after this meditation, I feel really good. I surrender myself I let it go. I trust my father's plan and I know I have everything I want. they will be in this 3d world at the best time and best moment. Day 5: Today I did this meditation before I went to work alongside other meditations and routines. I am grateful and in deep peace. I am what I am. Day 6: Today after doing this meditation I feel extremely love. It is like I am on drugs or something. It feels different. I never felt it before at this rate. Day 11: Today I did this beautiful Meditation a little bit later because I was watching the Dark mater series :) but I feel great actually I feel power and I am very happy. I love you all. Day 12: I am deeply grateful. I feel relaxed and joyful. I feel my higher self every moment by my side. I manifest my dream life. I choose my destiny. Day 13: I realized something significant, actually I knew that but this time I felt it really clearly, that I am not this body and mind. Day 14: Today after meditation I feel calm but mostly excited. I feel more energetic. Day 15: It is absolutely amazing. Until today I thought I was feeling right by visualization of wealth and abundance but last night after meditation, I felt real wealth like I am really a millionaire. Today after this meditation I am feeling the same. It is like no force of imagination or visualization this feeling is with me all the time and I am seeing the number 9 everywhere. Day 16: Today I feel much lighter and deeply in peace. Joy is everywhere in my life and I am blissful. Day 17: My goal was to rid of my debt and get wealthy, now I am experiencing so much joy and power in myself. I really want to go and experience much deeper. Day 18: I see everything brighter and more colorful. I am very grateful and feel ultimate freedom. Day 19: Thank you, Thank you, Thank you Day 20: I feel Great. After meditation, I felt what I claimed to be. Love is the only thing and everything. Day 21: Every day I am seeing more and more separation between my true self and my mind and body. When I think about abundance, lack does not appear first. I am sure the reprogramming of my subconscious mind is working because my dominant feeling is not worrying or stressed anymore. Day 23: When he says in the count of three open your eyes I really do not want to, because I am in deep joy and peace, but it is a commitment and I will continue his structure for 30 days. Day 24: I am enjoying my journey. I am light. The manifestation of wealth in my material life is exactly like the manifestation of God in my life. Day 25: Today I did this meditation later than usual. At first, I did isha kriya from Sadhguru, and then I did this meditation. It was wonderful. I feel so energetic after 8 hours of work and 1 hour of walking I feel no tiredness at all. That was next level. Day 26: I am delighted. I feel very aware and conscious. I am awakening my kundalini. Day 27: The meditations went really good and I feel deeply calm. I noticed much more pressure on my forehead than usual. Gratitude Meditation Protocol Accountability Day 1 - Meditation + Time in gratitude journal. Glad I came across this video yesterday, I've been having a hard time with being intentional about my efforts and letting go of control at the same time. It has brought me conscious understanding of surrendering to the natural flow of things.
Day 2 (Spending Time in my gratitude journal)- In just one day, I've begin to ease into letting go and following the path God's directing me towards. And I've had guidance come my way.
Day 3 - Quiet gratitude Meditation Time I'm settling into ease I feel the ease of attracting my desires. I understand now that there's ease in surrendering to the flow while taking the action needed in this natural flow.
Day 4 - I've been practicing settling into my body to feel where in my body tension is, to understand what I'm feeling, rather than my coping behavior. Day 5 - Gratitude journal time
Day 2 - Done. I feel inspired. And ready to take one the day. Which is a welcome change from the stagnation I'd felt nearly all of December. Thank you.
Day 4: Wow that one was an experience. And to take note, I've had a block surrounding making my videos on a diierent platform that lasted over a month and I broke my not-creating streak last night. I'm not sure if it's related but I do find it funny that I find the drive to create again on day friggin 3 of gratitude lol I'll keep going and see where it goes from here.
Day 5: Done. I really tapped into a new experience of this when I learned of replacing any mental images that pop up that I perceive as negative, with ones that make me feel happy. It seemed to unlock more stability and focus of the gratitude feelings. I'm taking note here to ensure I carry the practice into future meditations. Thanks Quazi

This video has changed my life
I never realized that I was doing this my whole life. Because of certain events that have happened in my life I've been stuck in a state of fear. From doing this first meditation, I feel a little more clarity in what I need to do. I'm very thankful for this experience and commit myself to this new habit for the next 30 days to see where this new experience will lead me.
Day 3: Today I took this meditation with me into the ocean. Highly recommended (or any body of water outdoors)! A truly powerful place to focus and feel even more depth into the emotions of love, gratitude and visualization of my accomplishment having already been achieved. Conditioning has grown one day further, still crawling, soon will be walking

Days 15-29: I have been enjoying everything way more. Including daily tasks like cooking and even cleaning.
Biggest wins: I am starting to do videos again and I am getting my website ready for business. I have found a lot of ways to help me conquer my fears and to get my goals. Just done my first meditation, tears running down my cheek and feeling at peace. It’s already late so day 1 journal begins tomorrow. Just wanted to say Thank you so much, you are unique in what you offer.
1. Relaxed my soul without falling to sleep.
Day 2: The journey is underway, the commitment has been made, there is no turning back from this point, the rear view mirror has been deliberately removed from my vessel..only one windshield in front of me left to look forward through. Tapping into day 1’s emotions was less difficult, conditioning has begun but only the surface has been scratched so far, patience and persistence is key 🔑

3 big wins:
. woke up early to bring car to get serviced
. shared a meaningful conversation with Mike, mechanics associate who gave me a ride home. Started by him asking me what was something good that has happened to me lately, then in turn I asked him the same. In the 20min car ride we ended up talking about ancient civilizations and the location of the pyramids in Egypt, South America and Stonehenge. Cuz summer solstice is approaching conjunct to the strawberry full moon, big energies to align with.

Out of my control was finding that one of my beloved plant friends, a sage that was becoming a nice bush, had been eaten overnight by one (or more) of the million wild bunnies that live in this area. I felt myself moving through some feelings there 😂 and eventually landing on “oh, well! Bon appetit!”

My experience:
I wasn't even in a completely silent place, cars passing by people talking loudly, and even so I managed to escape the noise.
The key is in the power of the heart, don´t fear nothing but love everything and together you will chape the future.
I skipped one day, but my experience so far is that every time I go and come back I bring a bit of myself, yes this is the true goal, remembering who am I because I have already been here.

ok, so I've had a problem with my hip on the left side for a long time and my doctor says I have to do physiotherapy, but now I'm really focusing on meditation and today I woke up without pain to the point where I could walk normally.
all because in these last two meditations, I just asked my body to fix that part over and over again.

I highly recommend the mediation at ca. 17 minutes in. SO MUCH better than I expected! I was listening to the video in the background... Very glad I did. As soon as the mediation started, it was impossible not to participate in a serious manner... And that's coming from someone who has great problems focussing on any kind of guided meditation, etc... Within one minute, Qazi, I knew that what you were talking about previously weren't just empty or exaggerated words (which I kind of expected at first - I'm sorry, my friend). You're my teacher now. Congratulations on what you've "achieved" (I know this is the wrong word, but you know what I mean) in your heart and mind. My heart's blessings go out to you, and I hope you can feel what I'm gifting you with (though I don't care if you do or not - just continue on your path, that's enough; very obvious that... Sorry, I feel I should stop writing more and more words). You're my teacher now, Qazi (or is it Quazi? But how do you want me to pronounce it?). It's an honour for both of us. Thank you. ❤ Tonight is full moon, btw. May you be touched and caressed, reminded of those facets of our feelings which are vulnerable and "lunar" by this gentle, luminous celestial body's caring, delicate, soothing rays of most enchanting rays (for anybody more into science: moonlight is usually almost fully polarised, so yes, it's special ... That's why you can see clearer on a moonlit night. Polarised light used to be and still is used medically, though there is not yet sufficient evidence on whether it really raises serotonin as well. Rayleigh scattering of moonlight is also associated with a calming effect on the mind. Sorry for going off topic. I just always feel the urge to address people who might feel doubt, because my training and life experience has shown me that if you go into science deep enough and with an open mind, you'll find the same answers as when you just allow yourself to feel, or what is considered spiritual, energetic, etc... I feel that both approaches are very valuable: feeling something doesn't always mean it's a universal truth - often it's an invitation to process what you're shown. A wise human once said: "what you're feeling, you're healing" - and yes, being present is enough and can transform your life and perception of the world. Healing modalities and processes are beautiful, and I do healing work on people myself. But don't use them with a goal in mind - no parent figures in the sky will reward you for working, putting in effort and money, and suffering, etc , with the "pie in the sky" you're craving. The path to what brings you fulfilment is right before you, or maybe I should say, inside of you. You just need to befriend time as well - as I see it, you cannot decide when and how quickly things will transform in your life, though you can definitely transform things if you're ready, just sometimes you gotta wait for it to manifest in the physical. Other times, your life can change INCREDIBLY quickly... Though my personal philosophy - and yes, maybe it's a coping mechanism, though I feel that I will be healed when the time is right, and I don't wanna obsess over how soon I'll feel it in my body and see it manifested in my life and relations - my philosophy is to take whatever the present moment offers me, and celebrate life as best as i can. Sometimes even celebrate pain, when it doesn't distract too much... I think: somewhere on the planet there's someone in a very bad state. What would I do if I were them... What would I be able make out of what I'm given... And then I see myself as that person, as that someone who's gotta play that role... And why shouldn't I be the actor, instead of playing a wealthy, wise, appreciated, loved person living in a beautiful house, in a healthy body full life force, with people who... Well, you get the idea.
Instead, I'll focus on being an amazing actor, and enchanting the "audience" with my mesmerising performance... 😉 Sorry for going off topic... ADHD... I'm working hard on improving these patterns, but also just celebrating my flaws and imperfections instead of beating myself up over things I can't change - not yet. I mean, somebody has to be "that guy" ... the weird person which makes people talk about how they can't believe how someone can behave that way and not like a normal person... But also someone who inspires people by embarrassing themselves - and it's worth it. Ok, sorry for not reading through this message before hitting send.... I really must sleep now, and my intuition tells me, just tap "send" rather than just leaving this text and switching off my phone... Well, my unknown friends all over the globe: thanks for reading my incoherent ramblings, I hope you could find your own gemstone among the heap of stones that were my words... Day 1 After watching some of your videos last night and practicing this meditation the next morning I feel a sense of less worry knowing everything will work itself out. A sense of clarity beginning to form after one day.

Had a more intentional morning but that quickly went away lol.

Its been a rollercoaster, hubby had major nose reconstruction surgery for skin cancer 6 days ago and I have been using a knee brace to help with severe pain when walking,, seeing specialist on Wed and xrays.
Through it all, there is so much to be grateful for ❤ Thank you Quasi for helping me be so Aware.
I am so grateful for my body that has the divine Essence circulating in it so it can heal itself.

Day 1: my forehead is pulsing crazily like my heart. I feel really great. I feel I have everything I want.
Day 2: I feel extremely calm and grateful. I feel love, wealth, and ultimate freedom.
Day 3: I am very grateful and feel more and more love and peace. I'm so sure that I have all I want exactly right now. I'm thankful to you and everybody here. I love you all.
Day 4: Today I had a terrible day, or worse, dark day, but I continuously saw the same mirror numbers and I saw a random video that said before spring there is a winter. I never give up I know I am the soul of God. now after this meditation, I feel really good. I surrender myself I let it go. I trust my father's plan and I know I have everything I want. they will be in this 3d world at the best time and best moment.
Day 5: Today I did this meditation before I went to work alongside other meditations and routines. I am grateful and in deep peace. I am what I am.
Day 6: Today after doing this meditation I feel extremely love. It is like I am on drugs or something. It feels different. I never felt it before at this rate.
Day 7: I feel grateful and very very calm. I understood the power of love, deep in me. I understood that when I fear I feel no love, I lose my connection to my higher self. That is when resistance begins. So I choose to love everyone and everything.
Day 8: I am very grateful and feel love and power. I am very blessed that found this beautiful way. Oh man, I am creating my life. I am God.
Day 9: Each and every day my awareness grows. Most of the day I feel something like pressure in my forehead especially when I meditate like steady pulsing It feels good. Love is everything and the only thing.
Day 10: I feel calm and focused.
Day 11: Today I did this beautiful Meditation a little bit later because I was watching the Dark mater series :) but I feel great actually I feel power and I am very happy. I love you all.
Day 12: I am deeply grateful. I feel relaxed and joyful. I feel my higher self every moment by my side. I manifest my dream life. I choose my destiny.
Day 13: I realized something significant, actually I knew that but this time I felt it really clearly, that I am not this body and mind.
Day 14: Today after meditation I feel calm but mostly excited. I feel more energetic.
Day 15: It is absolutely amazing. Until today I thought I was feeling right by visualization of wealth and abundance but last night after meditation, I felt real wealth like I am really a millionaire. Today after this meditation I am feeling the same. It is like no force of imagination or visualization this feeling is with me all the time and I am seeing the number 9 everywhere.
Day 16: Today I feel much lighter and deeply in peace. Joy is everywhere in my life and I am blissful.
Day 17: My goal was to rid of my debt and get wealthy, now I am experiencing so much joy and power in myself. I really want to go and experience much deeper.
Day 18: I see everything brighter and more colorful. I am very grateful and feel ultimate freedom.

Day 20: I feel Great. After meditation, I felt what I claimed to be. Love is the only thing and everything.
Day 21: Every day I am seeing more and more separation between my true self and my mind and body. It is extremely hard to notice but I can feel it.
Day 22: My visualization is more vivid now. I can imagine the things I want much easier and faster. When I think about abundance, lack does not appear first. I am sure the reprogramming of my subconscious mind is working because my dominant feeling is not worrying or stressed anymore. I am sure, that I am on the right path.
Day 23: When he says in the count of three open your eyes I really do not want to, because I am in deep joy and peace, but it is a commitment and I will continue his structure for 30 days.
Day 24: I am enjoying my journey. I am light. The manifestation of wealth in my material life is exactly like the manifestation of God in my life.
Day 25: Today I did this meditation later than usual. At first, I did isha kriya from Sadhguru, and then I did this meditation. It was wonderful. I feel so energetic after 8 hours of work and 1 hour of walking I feel no tiredness at all. That was next level.
Day 26: I am delighted. I feel very aware and conscious. I am awakening my kundalini.
Day 27: The meditations went really good and I feel deeply calm. I noticed much more pressure on my forehead than usual.
Day 28: I am very grateful, that I found this video and for every moment of it I am thankful to Quazy. Every day or night after doing this Meditation I feel really really good. I hope every human being feels this way or even better and higher.
Day 29: pure silence and silence. Infinite love, abundance. Joy and satisfaction.

Day 1 - Meditation + Time in gratitude journal.
Glad I came across this video yesterday, I've been having a hard time with being intentional about my efforts and letting go of control at the same time. It has brought me conscious understanding of surrendering to the natural flow of things.
Day 2 (Spending Time in my gratitude journal)- In just one day, I've begin to ease into letting go and following the path God's directing me towards. And I've had guidance come my way.
Day 3 - Quiet gratitude Meditation Time
I'm settling into ease
I feel the ease of attracting my desires.
I understand now that there's ease in surrendering to the flow while taking the action needed in this natural flow.
Day 4 - I've been practicing settling into my body to feel where in my body tension is, to understand what I'm feeling, rather than my coping behavior.

Day 2 - Done. I feel inspired. And ready to take one the day. Which is a welcome change from the stagnation I'd felt nearly all of December. Thank you.
Day 3 done. Woke up feeling apathy but after some music I like and this meditation, I’m ready to take on some day
Day 4: Wow that one was an experience. And to take note, I've had a block surrounding making my videos on a diierent platform that lasted over a month and I broke my not-creating streak last night. I'm not sure if it's related but I do find it funny that I find the drive to create again on day friggin 3 of gratitude lol I'll keep going and see where it goes from here.
Day 5: Done. I really tapped into a new experience of this when I learned of replacing any mental images that pop up that I perceive as negative, with ones that make me feel happy. It seemed to unlock more stability and focus of the gratitude feelings. I'm taking note here to ensure I carry the practice into future meditations. Thanks Quazi
Day 6: missed yesterday. Had a hard time staying focused today during the meditation. I feel largely numb right now
I loved this meditation. Working with anahata is always a breath of fresh air. It always makes all the extra garbage go away so i can just live freely and openly the way its supposed to be 😊
