Your 3rd eye is the light on top of your Christmas tree. And just like that light you need to power up your 3rd eye with energy. Your muscles are piezoelectric which means when you exert yourself physically, sure it burns calories and creates heat but also it throws off an electric charge that powers up your Pineal and nervous system.
This is why a long brisk walk can help clear your mind and a long nature walk can be like a meditation. Sure the birds and trees are nice to look at but you may find solutions to problems pop in your head and see your situations much more clearly because you are sending a stream of needed energy into your brain and pineal gland so it can access the higher mind.

I subbed to you and I am so glad that I found you. I am in a strange situation that is even hard to tell because it is incredibly hard to believe. I want to open my 3rd eye really badly and I havent had any luck. I am way past the whole "wondering if its real" thing as my husband is in constant contact with the other side and has been for 28 yrs. Since he is, I also get to have contact with them as well, so I get to do and be witness to miraculous things, but I feel like I am on the sidelines. I think that my contact with "the people upstairs" as I call them would be much more intense and just better in general if I could just get my 3rd eye open. "They" come to get my husband roughly once a week--no matter who it is in front of....there have been plenty of witnesses-and they take him right thru the wall or ceiling or window. You never get used to seeing it. Anyway, sorry to drop all this stuff on you , I really just need help opening my 3rd eye. And you believe that doing this 3 day exercise will do it? Is there anything else I should be doing? It really looks like it would have happened just by the contact that I have had with these beings...It is so frustrating.
@@HOLLYHOUSE11 I know its popular to talk about opening your third eye. But It is more like powering up your third eye like lighting the star on top of your Christmas tree. More than anything breathing exercises is number one when trying to power up your pineal. And then there is pressurizing your pineal by holding your deep breath and while holding it, suck in and tighten your abdominal muscles. This pressurizes the spinal fluid in your spine and brain and when you do this you may feel a little jolt of energy or mile euphoria.
Make sure you avoid things like smoking weed, drinking alcohol and avoid acidic drinks like orange juice or coffee.
Could you tell us your experience on this method. How you use these chakras and how long your third eye has been opened.

I tried this last week. I was sick, I had no money whatsoever. I was feeling really low. And I told myself I'm at my worst, I'd hit rock bottom. The only thing that could happen was better. So I did this exercise. 12 minutes later, my sister said she heard me coughing and gave me money to go see a doctor. Thank you for this.

Jay I can validate this, I just did the video again, same thing happened to me. Happy tears, about what a happy future would look/feel like (heaven on earth for a brief few moments). Flat out awesome, and I feel like i'm just scratching at the surface a bit! Trauma is truly challenging, just keep working on you - confront that "shadow" that haunts many of us.

Just wanted to share. Yesterday as we always pray before we leave the house (as a family me-wife-2 kids 15 years old boy 11 years old girl). In my mind I thanked God for the Blessings that have, are and will be !!! I remember saying out loud , “Bless us so we can Bless. Long story short I felt Joy as I drove off. Forward 6 hours later at Walmart a Stranger appeared and said, “You there I have a message for you and your company!! God Will Bless you and this company you work for because you are a Blessing!!! I walked a few paces and this dude just disappeared . What!! I still have goosebumps!!! Since then yesterday I have gotten 3 leads totaling about 750,000 worth!! I claim then!!!! Peace!!

Many Religions that we know nowadays, at their beginning were true and under Islam, initiated by one of the prophets of God, but their original teachings, history and scriptures have been corrupted over time with falsification and polytheism, or lost and replaced with false ones. That's why Islam is the only Religion accepted by God nowadays, which consists in bearing witness that there is no god besides Allah (God in Aramaic, the original language of Jesus and the Gospel), and that Muhammad is His servant and messenger, just like Jesus and Moses and others are His servants and messengers. Never a messenger of God said he was God or literally son of God, it was the people after him who changed the words of God and corrupted the Religion. God is unique and absolute, He does not need to have a family and sons or to associate anyone else with His kingdom, He can simply create whatever He wants, everything belongs to Him, and to Him everything will return. Allah said in Surah Al-Mu’minun : “God has never begotten a son, nor is there any god besides Him. Otherwise, each god would have taken away what it has created, and some of them would have gained supremacy over others. Glory be to God, far beyond what they describe. The Knower of the hidden and the manifest. He is exalted, far above what they associate. (91-92 / Translated by ITANI).
Allah means the one and only God, the God of all prophets and creatures, the creator of the universe and mankind, and the Master of the Day of judgment, where our destiny, Hell or Paradise, is decided based on our faith and deeds in this trial life, and above all, Allah's mercy.
Allah said in Surah Al-Ikhlas : In the name of God, the Gracious, the Merciful.
Say, “He is God, the One. God, the Absolute. He begets not, nor was He begotten. And there is none comparable to Him.” (1-4 / Translated by ITANI).
Allah said in Surah An-Nisa : O FOLLOWERS of the Gospel! Do not overstep the bounds [of truth] in your religious beliefs, and do not say of God anything but the truth. The Christ Jesus, son of Mary, was but God's Apostle - [the fulfilment of] His promise which He had conveyed unto Mary - and a soul created by Him. Believe, then, in God and His apostles, and do not say, "[God is] a trinity". Desist [from this assertion] for your own good. God is but One God; utterly remote is He, in His glory, from having a son: unto Him belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is on earth; and none is as worthy of trust as God. Never did the Christ feel too proud to be God's servant, nor do the angels who are near unto Him. And those who feel too proud to serve Him and glory in their arrogance [should know that on Judgment Day] He will gather them all unto Himself: (171-172 / Translated by Muhammad Asad).
Allah the Most Merciful said in Surah Ali-Imran : Behold, the only [true] religion in the sight of God is [man's] self-surrender unto Him; and those who were vouchsafed revelation aforetime took, out of mutual jealousy, to divergent views [on this point] only after knowledge [thereof] had come unto them. But as for him who denies the truth of God's messages - behold, God is swift in reckoning!
Thus, [O Prophet,] if they argue with thee, say, "I have surrendered my whole being unto God, and [so have] all who follow me!" - and ask those who have been vouchsafed revelation aforetime, as well as all unlettered people, "Have you [too] surrendered yourselves unto Him?" And if they surrender themselves unto Him, they are on the right path; but if they turn away - behold, thy duty is no more than to deliver the message: for God sees all that is in [the hearts of] His creatures.
Verily, as for those who deny the truth of God's messages, and slay the prophets against all right, and slay people who enjoin equity - announce unto them a grievous chastisement.
It is they whose works shall come to nought both in this world and in the life to come; and they shall have none to succour them.

So 27.9.2023 night I did third eye exercise. 28.9.2023 morning I get a message from someone who wanted to sign up for my nails course. (I own a salon and academy). And she did!
28.9.2023 evening when I was just about to close my salon and I had almost no clients that day….my phone rang and a lady said I will pay you whatever you would charge but please come and do 2-3 makeups at her place! Around maybe a year or two ago I wasn't in a good metal state and was getting into self improvement, but things weren't working out well and I repeated my behaviors reinforcing my mental state. That's why Islam is the only Religion accepted by God nowadays, which consists in bearing witness that there is no god besides Allah (God in Aramaic, the original language of Jesus and the Gospel), and that Muhammad is His servant and messenger, just like Jesus and Moses and others are His servants and messengers. Never a messenger of God said he was God or literally son of God, it was the people after him who changed the words of God and corrupted the Religion. God is unique and absolute, He does not need to have a family and sons or to associate anyone else with His kingdom, He can simply create whatever He wants, everything belongs to Him, and to Him everything will return. Allah said in Surah Al-Mu’minun : “God has never begotten a son, nor is there any god besides Him. Otherwise, each god would have taken away what it has created, and some of them would have gained supremacy over others. Glory be to God, far beyond what they describe. I'm very familiar with energy, chakras, the 3rd eye, power of the mind, manifesting etc. So I watched your video and I just practiced your method on activating my 3rd eye. I've been struggling with something for the last 3 years so its what I sent up to my higher self and I could just feel the energy and the heartache of this visualization so I sent it up. Then I visualized the life that I want to lead and the happiness I want to experience and when it was over and I opened my eyes tears just rolled out and I could just feel a sense of relief and joy and a higher energy pulsating through my body. I was just resting my mind on my bed many years ago, and I believe I had opened my third eye by accident. I opened my eyes, and just in a split second I saw an angel kneeling at the side of my bed. It was an apparition. I could see his facial features, strong jaw, shoulders, and all the intricate details of his wings. I’ll never forget it. Imagine what it feels like

Imagine a ball in ur heart with that problem and shoot it up to ur higherself in 3 seconds
Do the same but now with the picture of the solution and how u will feel when problem is solved and shoot the ball up while exhaling

Islam is an arabic word that means the Surrender to the One and Only God, our Creator, Protector, Provider, who gives us life and all that we have, we are safe and sound by his will and grace, we are His and to Him we return, and we have to thank him in this trial life by submitting to him by our free will, or later in the Day of judgment when it's too late to save our own skin. Islam was the original Religion descended to earth from heaven with Adam and Eve (peace and blessing be upon them) in the beginning of humanity. and was passed to people with the succession of the 124 000 prophets and 315 messengers of God to all nations and civilizations since, passing by Noah, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Ismaël, Joseph, Moses, Aaron, Joshua, David, Solomon and Jesus (Peace and blessing be upon them) during the history of mankind, the last replaces and completes the previous, until the succession of the last messenger of God fourteen centuries ago, Muhammad (Peace and blessing be upon him) to complete the noble morals of all mankind, to bring humans and jinns out of darkness into light, and to purify people's religion and belief from corruption and polytheism, and return it to purity and true monotheism, like it was in the times of the prophets (Peace and blessing be upon them).
Many Religions that we know nowadays, at their beginning were true and under Islam, initiated by one of the prophets of God, but their original teachings, history and scriptures have been corrupted over time with falsification and polytheism, or lost and replaced with false ones. That's why Islam is the only Religion accepted by God nowadays, which consists in bearing witness that there is no god besides Allah (God in Aramaic, the original language of Jesus and the Gospel), and that Muhammad is His servant and messenger, just like Jesus and Moses and others are His servants and messengers. Never a messenger of God said he was God or literally son of God, it was the people after him who changed the words of God and corrupted the Religion. God is unique and absolute, He does not need to have a family and sons or to associate anyone else with His kingdom, He can simply create whatever He wants, everything belongs to Him, and to Him everything will return. Allah said in Surah Al-Mu’minun : “God has never begotten a son, nor is there any god besides Him. Otherwise, each god would have taken away what it has created, and some of them would have gained supremacy over others. Glory be to God, far beyond what they describe. The Knower of the hidden and the manifest. He is exalted, far above what they associate. (91-92 / Translated by ITANI).
Allah means the one and only God, the God of all prophets and creatures, the creator of the universe and mankind, and the Master of the Day of judgment, where our destiny, Hell or Paradise, is decided based on our faith and deeds in this trial life, and above all, Allah's mercy.
Allah said in Surah Al-Ikhlas : In the name of God, the Gracious, the Merciful.
Say, “He is God, the One. God, the Absolute. He begets not, nor was He begotten. And there is none comparable to Him.” (1-4 / Translated by ITANI).
Allah said in Surah An-Nisa : O FOLLOWERS of the Gospel! Do not overstep the bounds [of truth] in your religious beliefs, and do not say of God anything but the truth. The Christ Jesus, son of Mary, was but God's Apostle - [the fulfilment of] His promise which He had conveyed unto Mary - and a soul created by Him. Believe, then, in God and His apostles, and do not say, "[God is] a trinity". Desist [from this assertion] for your own good. God is but One God; utterly remote is He, in His glory, from having a son: unto Him belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is on earth; and none is as worthy of trust as God. Never did the Christ feel too proud to be God's servant, nor do the angels who are near unto Him. And those who feel too proud to serve Him and glory in their arrogance [should know that on Judgment Day] He will gather them all unto Himself: (171-172 / Translated by Muhammad Asad).
Allah the Most Merciful said in Surah Ali-Imran : Behold, the only [true] religion in the sight of God is [man's] self-surrender unto Him; and those who were vouchsafed revelation aforetime took, out of mutual jealousy, to divergent views [on this point] only after knowledge [thereof] had come unto them. But as for him who denies the truth of God's messages - behold, God is swift in reckoning!
Thus, [O Prophet,] if they argue with thee, say, "I have surrendered my whole being unto God, and [so have] all who follow me!" - and ask those who have been vouchsafed revelation aforetime, as well as all unlettered people, "Have you [too] surrendered yourselves unto Him?" And if they surrender themselves unto Him, they are on the right path; but if they turn away - behold, thy duty is no more than to deliver the message: for God sees all that is in [the hearts of] His creatures.
Verily, as for those who deny the truth of God's messages, and slay the prophets against all right, and slay people who enjoin equity - announce unto them a grievous chastisement.
It is they whose works shall come to nought both in this world and in the life to come; and they shall have none to succour them.

This exercise is beyond powerful and healing! I struggle with a condition called fibromyalgia so I manifest stress very physically. I have been very spiritually aware now for many years. Meaning I am aware and sensitive. These videos have been the difference for me from being dead inside to coming alive! It’s been a while and I lost my way on my path! Thank you so much for bringing me back to my path and for helping to bring others towards the path towards enlightenment. I feel a strong spiritual pull towards this path and have for many years but I had become distracted.
