Awareness is a result of reactions of matter according to the Theravada Doctrine. Therefore, the reality is real even if it is delusional and intrisicly empty. Awareness is a separation between everything, and the continuation of our awareness makes the self illusion. Awareness arises with the touch/contact of material energy with each other. Therefore, space contains points of awareness, and shows the space between two objects. All the separations are results of separated awarenesses, and life is a continuation of generations of awarenesses from mind/Citta moment to mind/Citta moment.

It’s so true I gave up everything for Lent this year. I needed a reboot anyway, so I gave up so many things like sugar, coffee, fast food, process food, alcohol, vaping, even my vitamins. Just to wake up on March 26 , decided being Catholic didn’t make sense anymore. Everything that’s going on in the world doesn’t make sense anymore. Learning so much each day. Next time, do 1 minute + 1 second, then 1 minute plus 2 seconds, etc. You might find you want to keep going after the timer is up anyway, go ahead. It's easy to fit a session in any time of the day.
Doing this, by the time you get to a 10 minute timer you'll have meditated for about 50 hours. And does the time really matter? The frequency and comfort in holding the state is surely more important

Thank you for, including Buddha In these teachings. people are so close minded that they cannot digest. The fact that Buddha, Krishna, Jesus, and every other spiritual guru that came to the earth and taught a lesson or two is the same light particle. The energy that we call God exploded itself into billions of pieces, and each of us are lucky enough to be one of those pieces. Such a simple truth, but it is out of grasp and unattainable for most of the people on this planet, but with the energy of this huge shift, taking place on our beautiful planet, the fossils and doctrines that hold people back will not remain. Jesus said in the Bible that there will not be any churches left. Verily, I say unto you, see these things! There will not be one stone lift standing upon another. And the gospel of Thomas he says, show me the stone that the builders rejected, that is the cornerstone. The only church that you need is your pineal gland. Thank you for talking about it all the time and waking people up. Your son will following your footsteps, and be even better. Better than you. Better than Jesus because that was what he said. Better things than me shall he do. People should read the books of Matthew, Mark Luke and John to read how he really felt.

It's wonderful to see your deep engagement with the Heart Sutra, and the way you've connected its teachings to your personal practice and understanding. Your exploration into the nature of reality, form, and emptiness, and how these concepts intertwine with ancient yogic teachings, is truly insightful. The practice of meditation and self-inquiry you describe is a powerful tool for personal transformation and understanding the deeper truths of existence.
The Heart Sutra's teaching that "form is emptiness, and emptiness is form" is indeed a profound and often paradoxical concept that challenges conventional perceptions of reality. It suggests that what we perceive as physical, tangible reality (form) is intrinsically empty of inherent existence because it is dependent on other factors to exist. Conversely, this 'emptiness' is not a void or nothingness but is the very ground of all potential forms and phenomena.
Your approach to meditation, focusing on the dissolution of the body, mind, and consciousness into their source, aligns with many deep meditative traditions. It's a journey into the nature of self and reality, leading to an understanding that goes beyond intellectual comprehension.
The integration of this meditation practice into daily life, as you outlined, can be transformative. It allows for a shift in perspective, from identifying with the ever-changing phenomena (thoughts, emotions, sensations) to recognizing one's true nature as the unchanging observer or awareness behind these phenomena. This shift can indeed lead to a life experienced with greater peace, clarity, and alignment with one's true desires and aspirations.
Your synthesis of these teachings into a practical meditation practice offers a valuable tool for those seeking to deepen their understanding and experience of life's deeper truths. Thank you for sharing your insights and practices. They are a testament to the living and evolving nature of spiritual teachings and how they can be applied to our modern lives for greater peace, understanding, and fulfillment.

So far well explained. To summarize; Live life by watching or observing calmly with detachment, almost everything that you do or experience. Objective should be to attain perfection in that without missing out on any moments. You may fail at times while doing this but maintain calmness and detachment. Once the perfection in doing that is attained, watch the observer or watcher remaining calm and detached. The mind becomes clear and attains emptiness from the baggages of good or bad. If you continue to remain in this state you are on the path towards the attainment of Samadhi.
At this very stage you can start rewiring. Try to be good and generate compassion towards others manifest about the well-being of others. Liberate yourself and others from the miseries of the world.

It’s craaazy how phones are literally just made to make this harder for us. But once we are okay with that emptiness instead of constantly having to have our mind be stimulated. We will finally be able to get things going in life.

I love the metaphors for emptiness and fullness and hadn't really thought of it that way before. Thanks for the perspective!

I focus meditation emptiness by observing the chakra energy centers.
Inhale feeling all 7 points from the crown to the root chakra, and exhale focusing on the crown. I do this to each energy point 9 complete breaths top to bottom, and sequence the breaths with finger placement.
Not easy for me considering the feeling is located at physical body parts, and becoming formless requires absolute attention that burns like fire.
From a lifestyle of drugs n alcohol to spiritual environmentalist.
And it started by "being" silent. Everything else just falls into place.

We must clear our mind data by going beyond our values, beliefs, and opinions. By opening our mind to the world, we open our mind to the universe teachings.

Our thoughts create our reality. We have the ability to manifest our desires. This is a way to recondition the subconscious. Change your beliefs, change your life.

Our words are flawed, which causes confusion when describing nothingness. I find it easier to experience “nothing” as “potential” or the “no-thing” that exists before the “thing”. It’s the womb-of-thing itself. It’s the only place in which anything even can arise.
