Dear Giorgio, you're the love of my life and if you don't like scallops with saffron vinaigrette I'll make you Hey coniglio, hai fegato? Which is your favorite dish.
Giorgio Locatelli is one of the chefs who inspired me most, alongside Antonio Carlucccio. Giorgio introduced me to Pellegrino Artusi's cookbooks, and some fantastic recipes
Grazie Chef Locatelli 🐾💖🐾
Ciao, Giorgio! I just wish I could spend a month with you to learn how to cook some more, I mean, the everyday dishes I have seen you cook during your series Italy Unpacked and Sicily Unpacked. I loved the series and hope that you and Andrew had fun doing it. I am a good cook and pretty much cook the Italian way; the problem is I cannot find la materia prima che voglio usare en la mia cucina. I visit Italy as many times as I can afford and just delight in everythhing when I am there.
@@annalisalongo4879 i need to correct you, it should be "hey rabbit, have you got liver?" or would be also acceptable "hey rabbit, do you have liver?". and to say in a very english expressional way would be "hey rabbit, have you got guts?"
@@annalisalongo4879 you don’t know english very well either, so.. let me correct you: the right way of structuring the sentence you may have wanted to correct is either “hey rabbit, have you got/gotten a liver?” or “hey rabbit, do you have a liver?”. you’re welcome, e per favore non correggere le persone così a caso se tu stessa non sai le cose.
i was lucky to work with someone who had worked for Giorgio for many years, and he showed me in his restaurant these exactly same dishes. they are fantastic
Once went to a 2 star Michelin restaurant in Knightsbridge, and being lactose intolerant I couldn’t eat a thing on the menu, I asked if there was maybe a steak, or chicken breast, or anything without the cream etc….eventually I twigged, everything was already cooked and just re heated when ordered..

I always find fascinating to hear someone speaking a broken English even if stayed in the country for 30+ years. He should have someone speaking for him.

Scommetto che a stento saprai dire "Hello,my name is..."
