hey ,if anyone else is searching for how to belly dance videos try Letza Fast Dance Lessons(should be on google have a look ) ? Ive heard some great things about it and my neighbor got cool results with it.
I don't understand a word you say, but I've managed to follow your movements. I do parts 1 - 4 everyday, and your videos are my favorites. There's only a few moves that I don't completely understand and could really use some verbal directions. Any chance of getting a voice over in English? Thanks Olga.

Totally agree!! This is not belly dance, it's very funny for me that is a traditional dance in my country to see other people to dance like this🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣, it's something like burn calories with exercises for belly, not belly dance
This is bellydance fitness, or bellydance workout. Unbelievable these ugly hand positions. The upper body hardly moves either. Very strange. She can move her hips, that's only a small part of bellydance.
