I liked it sooo much, i'm struggling with depression and other mental problems and try to learn better coping skills. Instead of always yoga I tried your bellydancing video and I felt in love. Your so happy and energetic. And its not hard and nice to follow. I like short workouts. Al happy feelings after im done. Im going to do more of your video's. Thanks

as someone who also struggles with depression, I'm so proud of you for trying new coping mechanisms! It's easy to get into a rut, especially with mental illness, so trying out new activities and finding things that you personally enjoy is always so uplifting to see :] keep it up!
stick with this bc she is so true to the correct tribal and cabaret form of belly dance. You are doing it right and channeling all that depression into something positive . prayers for you and what you are struggling with

Several years ago I was a professional belly dancer in a troupe I loved until I moved across country. Before I could find another troupe I injured my foot badly and had to learn how to walk again and by balance was shot. Your videos have been helping me gain back my flexibility,stamina, and balance along with me feeling like I’ll be able to start dancing again once quarantine is over. I’m eternally grateful for you.

Wow, that’s so great! I’m hoping to see a difference… in SOMETHING, lol, soon. No, but seriously, her workouts have helped the lack of flexibility I’ve had in my back for a while now. Yeh movements hurt like hell at first, but I can touch my toes now ! Haven’t done that in yeeeeears! Even doing her warm ups are a workout, and I do feel a difference. I hope you are still doing well!
I didn’t realize how out of shape I was until I got a cramp only 10 minutes in! I’ve been really sedentary while recovering from a car accident and this workout was perfect for me. It was low stress on my back and neck but still got my heart rate up. ♥️

I think it is important for instructional videos to provide proper guidance and explanation of the techniques. I never felt like she was moving too fast, and I appreciated the combination of technical and artistic explanations of the movements. It also never felt boring or slow. Besides the quality instruction, this is shot very well: the camerawork and the voiceover are right on cue, and that is not easy to find. My Reiki teacher recommended belly dance to work on the sacral chakra and increase energy flow. I took belly dance classes a decade ago and remembered how much I loved it so I decided to try it again, but this time at home since I'm so busy now. This video was very nice for both sacral and solar plexus chakras especially for connecting energy flow between them because of the shifts between hip and chest movements. I also felt great afterward, very connected to my feminine energy and also got to feel really good while approaching exercise with a playful perspective rather than as work. I think I really needed it because I heard popping sounds when I was doing the preliminary stretching! lol 15 minutes is a good amount of time to be able to fit a video in every day. Thanks for making this! I'm going to subscribe and look for videos that go into more movements for the hips.

I was determined to loose weight (AGAIN). Exercising was boring...I love dancing but have become very selective in music I listen to. I thought i should find some belly dancing music, in the past I took lessons and did a few performances, which I really enjoyed. While looking I found your videos!! It's been one month now, I dance 5 or 6 times a week, for 30 - 45 min a time. I've lost 6 lbs and 1 1/2 " off my waist and 2 " off my hips !!! I'm so happy!! Dancing with you is something I really look forward to and you make it a lot of fun!! Some of my fav moves for abs are in your " Absolutely Amazing Abs" video. Btw; I'm 60 yrs old. I had lost 4 lbs before I found your videos, and I know you will help me get to my goal of loosing 10 more lbs! Thank you so much!!

I find myself being waaay more sore on my right side of my muscles then my left, I try to close my eyes and focus better on the left but its hard! aha, thank you so far, ive rewatched this now a few times attempting to do so, i find this more my thing lately. thank you again hun!!

this is a good and fun workout. its harder then it looked but you can really feel your abs working. definitely going to be using this video as one of my daily workouts because its fun and works really well if you dont have a ton of space

I enjoy following your movements. So fun. It also helps to get rid of stres and get energized. Some movements are a bit fast for me on 7th month pregnancy. Could you make video class for pregnant women as well) that would be great.
