    The comment about wrist flexion doesn't seem quite right. The most common way power punching guys hurt wrists is through accidentally "slapping hooks" when wrist goes hyper extended. Training wrist flexion against that is absolutely necessary. I honestly have never seen anyone hurt their hands because their wrist was hyper flexed, wraps and gloves stop that way more easily than hyper extension.

      You’re wrong dude. Wrist injuries in boxing can happen in a variety of ways. Dorsi flexión , impact (from punching and guard).
      Flex training will strengthen the wrist

      @@bq4416 he's a decent boxer but he's fought nobody. Smith has enough boxing IQ and power to get the job done.

      @@markvincent5241 I highly doubt it. Beterbiev has operated at a higher level and fought the better opposition, Smith has fought nobodies and lost his last 2/3 fights (Ryder & Canelo).

      Are you saying 38 year old men shouldn't do strength training?. If you think this is dangerous go find out how muay thai fighters strengthen their shin bones
