My age 70yr old I still do bare knuckles planks on a wooden floor every day I had to stop doing so many pushups and jump rope I injured my legs and back my wife said that I think I'm 17yr old instead of 70yr

Beterbiev is built different. Definitely born to be a fighter...

Como es la construcción de alguien que nació para boxear?

On the dumbbell bench and dumbbell should press I feel Beterbiev may have been using the continuous reps to more duplicate what he does in the ring, throwing multiple punches from both arms quickly. The exercises stress all the muscles you mention while not giving them a chance to relax which they would if he were to do the reps one arm at at time.

I actually came to see him do strength and conditioning and not the screwdriver drilling commentary.

He must to the Heavyweight division. It is not fair Beterbive vs Bivol.

You sound like you cannot comment on what he's doing at the 5:00 minute mark. Can you speculate?

Amazing boxer and he's undoubtedly strong. However, the hang power cleans are not correctly done, he's pulling too early and using the arms too much, and as you say, he's not catching properly.... my question is: Is the exercise still effective for the purpose of improving power and speed if it's not completely well executed?

I know this comment is almost a year old, but perhaps it’ll help someone else that stumbles upon it. I’m a competitive Olympic weightlifter & I’m also a strength & conditioning coach and the most important thing for athletes is generating power. In an ideal world I would want them to use good technique like me but if they already have a lifetime of bad habits and they’re good at generating force, then we’ll just make little adjustments where we can and make it a long term project. Starting from scratch when someone is already elite (and older) is a bit of a hassle. Hope that made sense to whoever reads it.
