As an extra in Gettysburg, i can advise it was not fully unscripted. the reenactors were supposed to cheer Lee, though a lot of the handshakes and stuff were not in the script and those were kept.

I'm surprised they didn't include George C. Scott as General Buck Turgidson in Dr. Strangelove. He was excitedly speaking in the war room while backing up and trips and tumbles over but rolls right back up and stays in role. Kubrick liked it and kept it in the movie.
There also a scene where Dr Strangelove fights his left hand and the Dr slumps down because the hand is knocked out, you can see the actor playing Alexi de Sade breaking up.
The Stormtrooper hitting his head bit is an odd one. The original cut of the movie did NOT have the comedic sound effect. This was added in with later editions of the movie.
The editors cutting the film in 1977 never even noticed the stormtrooper hitting the door with his head. It was brought to their attention well after release.
The 1995 VHS release had the stormtrooper reacting with an "Ah!" (dubbed with the stormtrooper voice filter) without the bonk, wonder if the 80s home releases had anything
In There's Something About Mary, the ambulance stretcher unexpectedly collapsed with Ben Stiller on it. He actually hurt his hand and that take was kept in the movie.
I worked as an extra in "Gettysburg" which was filmed under the working title, "The Killer Angels", which was the title of the book it was based on. The scene where Gen'l. Lee was mobbed by his troops, the original wasn't shot because the camera operators were changing film. We had been promised all week that we'd get to meet some of the principal actors, but it wasn't happening. But, that afternoon, someone sent Martin Sheen riding past us. We heard the cheering up the line from us and rushed to our feet to see what was happening. When Lee appeared, we all went a little bonkers and ran out hollering and shaking his hand. He was amazed that his portrayal of Lee was so realistically received. The director was so impressed with our reaction to Lee's entrance, he got us to do it again. I didn't think the second time was as enthusiastic as the first time. The first time was a genuine reaction of delight at seeing our commanding officer because it wasn't staged.
Martin Sheen was sometimes known for being very strict about sticking to a character's moment of agony. In "Apocalypse Now" he probably did get a tad drunk performing Col. Willard's drunken dance where he punched a mirror. He cut his hand so badly that Francis Ford Coppola stopped the camera and shouted for a medic. However, Sheen insisted on carrying through with the entire scene. He really was bleeding when the camera cuts to the shot of him slumped in front of the bed, crying in pain. I understood the moment: war makes us all madmen, sometimes. It's never a good thing when you get sucked into it.
PS: despite the constant problems on set with typhoons, mixed up/missing equipment and extras being called to duty (they were real Thai army soldiers), the movie opened at #1 at the box office and raked in over $160 million worldwide, which is way over $630 million today.
6:00 it's a Mexican black kingsnake. I have a Mexican black kingsnake and that was horrifying to watch. They are the apex snake species. They are intelligent, curious and they have very keen senses. If raised correctly, they are great for handling. The beautiful black scales iridescence shifts from blue to purple. Sometimes they are rainbow. It is a popular snake for keeping as a pet.
Most importantly, kingsnakes are NOT venomous, whatsoever. They are great to have around in any environment and play a vital role in pest control (and therefore, reducing the spread of harmful diseases).
In Singin’ in the Rain Gene Kelly started doing his dance but when it started to rain all they could do was keep filming and ran out of time. Even though it was a blooper, they just kept it in. Amazing. And definitely not made up.
Great selection of clips. One of my favorites was in Django. At the dinner when DiCaprio slam his hand down on the table he accidentally broke a glass and actually cut his hand. That was his real blood he was rubbing all over Kerry Washington's face.
FUN FACT. Die Hard started off as an actual heist, but when the film crew happened upon it in progress, the thieves saw an opportunity to get a SAG card and allowed them to turn it into a hit film.

This is an interesting collection of shots that were mostly planned or molded, with a lot of mythology, and a bit of lying. As for Carrey, yeah when you're comic acting, you're hoping to fall in a funny way. So he didn't know exactly how he would fail to land, but he intended to fail. Then afterwards you say something like "My foot totally missed the desk!" which is true, but not actually surprising.
You should add the Porky's principal's office scene. The actors in the background were having a real laugh attack and they decided to leave the scene intact, which made the movie much funnier IMO.
My favorite movie blooper that was left in a movie was in The Outsiders when they were at the drive in. Matt Dillon leans back in his chair and falls over backwards then quickly gets back up continuing the scene, he never broke character and C Thomas Howells laughter was genuine because the fall was accidental.
These are not all bloopers or even adlibs. Which leads me to believe that all of these are nit bloopers at all. I think you’re assuming or making it up.

Fox drove it for the first time it actually disappeared at 88mph which everyone thought was hilarious and such a blooper. In fact, they loved it so much that they kept it in. Also it wasn’t actually meant to travel through time but everyone was surprised and delighted when it did actually go back to 1955. Little known fact: Back to the Future was actually a documentary. It actually happened. Bloopers are so much fun.
I was an extra on that set. Not originally. But with the changes to the timeline, I ended up being in it the second time around. I think it's because Marty ran over that pine tree. My mom lost her virginity under that tree. Or was supposed to anyway.
In Avengers: Infinity War, the first appearance of Man Ape is him chanting with his tribe. That bit was improvised by Winston Duke, based on tribal routines developed on the Black Panther movie.
The Star Wars one is a little incorrect. One of the stormtrooper's radio keys the same time the other stormtrooper hits his head, and that's why it makes a crack sound. But in later editions, they added a thunk sound. I'm pretty sure no one noticed the first time around but years later everyone knew about it so they decided to have fun with it.

I can add one (that's real, and not an ad-lib). In The Shining, when Jack storms off and is making a mess...he sweeps a bunch of metal lids off of a table and onto the floor, but accidentally hit the camera with one. They kept it in the film.

I feel like many of these are a little less than genuine. In some cases, these may have been improvisations that were added to the script and filmed proper-like. Many others have other stuff that was shot to support the blooper, like in My Cousin Vinny, there are shots of the judge playing chess, which must have been added after the blooper happened, as it sets up the blooper.
You're sorely misinformed about a ton of these scenes. For one... The kid in Deliverance couldn't even play Banjo, so how was that spontaneously improvised? Someone else played his parts off camera and he was miming the playing.
There's another person behind the blind kid playing the banjo with his arms through the blind kids shirt. So its the other persons arms you see in the film.
