Cool video….looks like a good time. I’m looking forward to Classic Honda on The Dragon in October to take my Type R through the twisties. I have not tracked it yet so the Dragon will be my first time testing the limits of my car.
I recently traded my RC-F in for an LC500 because I always wanted one. TBO, I miss my F sometimes, it was definitely a better performance car and I liked the transmission and shifter better. The LC definitely has the looks though and you don't see many.
@klowe007 I am still not sure I made the right choice, I wish I could of kept the RC-F, but it was that or my 4runner, so I kept the 4runner, I can't afford all 3.
Hi awesome video and car. Few questions, I know you changed to the black grille which is a huge difference. Did you change the front and back light assembly pieces to Black from silver. thanks!
I may have missed a few episodes, I know u have new exhaust tips , but did u also do a delete or exhaust swap .. misunderstood burly and a lil louder than normal . I have same color LC and liking to do same with exhaust till ok along with a kit also
from watching the drive it looks like you don't have the dynamic handling package. rear steer and vgrs is perfect for the dragon (haven't done it in mine though).
Yes I do, this car has the performance package and every other additional package that could be combined. Keep in mind that I recorded probably six hours of driving. I didn’t even watch it all myself. I just tried to pick the best clips to throw into the video and I probably didn’t even pick the best clips.
@@stevensgarage-mainly the shuffling of your hands haha, ideally in racing/ other fast driving you do your best to keep your hands at 9 and 3 on the wheel, helps with knowing what it’s going to do if you happen to lose control. just some constructive criticism, cool video and epic car man 👌
Because the engine is an F engine. It deserves to have the badge. The car is not an F car so the car does not have the badge. I’m not sure if you didn’t read the description or listen. The car did not overheat. I pulled over one time after nine hours of driving just to let the elevated temperatures cool down. also, I’m not sure what your description of normal driving is. But nine hours of elevated mountain driving with consistent shifting is not normal.
I also didn’t have to let itcool off, temperatures hardly even elevated after nine hours of driving. I chose to let it cool off 1 time because I was 10 hours from home and I didn’t want to risk any issues.
This video contained not a single second of what I would call hard driving. You were doing the fucking speed limit pretty much the whole time. If your car is overheating or getting hot from the driving you are doing in this video then that car is a piece of shit. Another reason it might be getting hot is because you drive the car too slow.
Let me correct you real quick, I pulled over one time for 10 minutes after nine hours of hard spirited driving up in the mountains. I also did not film much of me driving because people don’t want to sit and watch 15 minutes of somebody going around turns and corners with the field of view I have personally had so I edited it down, I decided to film that one time just to let people know that these cars do get a little warm and they don’t have coolers. I didn’t have to pull over, I did not have to let it cool down. My temperature elevated just slightly above half on my gauge. I chose to pull over to let my car cool down a little bit as well as get some of the scenery. I can’t believe the amount of people that take it so literal.
Sounds so good!
Nice car man and it sounds great. I’ve never seen one in the mountains before. She’s a big girl but loves to party I’m sure.
Love this video! One of these days I’ll make it up there. Thankfully I have the N. GA mountains until then. Thanks for sharing!

Have fun! I’ll be back in October as well!
Fetty Wap at killboy is crazy😂
That’s my dream car, have fun man!
Hey man checking the channel out and so far you sound very relatable. Sick cars!!!!!
wow great video, I never knew about the Tail of the Dragon until a few months ago when an American friend told me about it.
LET THE HATERS, HATE!!! MY MAN, YOU HAVE A BADASS CAR.
YOU CAN AFFORD IT; ENJOY IT. JUST DON'T GET PASSED BY THOSE CRAZY PRIUS DRIVERS. 😎
🤜🏼🤛🏼
Thanks for sharing...I'm hoping to make this run some time next year!

Thinking about trading my F for the LC at the end of the year. Love my F tho!

good video teeve
Hey, if you saw the 74 Camaros that weekend, I was one of them, V8s on the Dragon :)

Mine are vinyl wrapped black!
@@stevensgarage- Great idea!
How many minutes of driving hard before u had to stop..Also were u fully in manual mode ?
Nine hours, I pulled over one time in nine hours of spirited driving. Mixture between manual mode and automatic.
I drove 7hrs straight and didn’t notice any issues ❤❤
Hmmmm looks like there may be a oil or trans fluid cooler install soon???? Or maybe a radiator upgrade?
I’d love to find some options, but there are no companies that have anything available.
@@stevensgarage- I wonder if you could mod the RC-F coolers to the LC?

Mine has the Armytrix exhaust which was already had installed when I bought the car!
Lmao John Summit playing at 6mins. He hosted rave in a cave further east in TN.
that rcf color is sexy
what's the music around 11:30 in? thanks
Did you have any engine lights come on or were you just pulling over to be safe.
No lights, I just noticed my temperature started to elevate so I pulled over for safe
@@stevensgarage-what exactly was the temperature?
@@minimumwrist3546 no clue, the gauge slightly elevated
that groupe m intake is definitely making some noise here.
Yeah, I’m a big fan of that intake! It’s expensive, but it’s really cool

I’m in automotive sales. Coming up on 10 years.
@@stevensgarage- more abundance to you! Must be great money to afford that car man

Its just Dragon..... Tail of the dragon is the resort inn with damaged bike parts at end. Also smokey mountain byway after it is so much better
yeah only pretty much everyone refers to it as tail of the dragon. Not Deals Gap.
the way you hold your steering wheel is weird man.
it is!?

That's not a true ceramic coating. Should have gone with Gtechniq Halo which is true ceramic coating specifically for PPF.
I will recoat this winter, this was just for the time being.
Why do you have an F badge in the engine bay? F cars do not overheat like that on normal driving my guy. 😭

so its a fake "sports car" ??
i would be annoyed if i had to "let it cool off" a billion times while on a sporty drive.....
This is not a sports car it’s classified as a grand touring vehicle
