Well I’ll say it again , Stevon has the best UA-cam channel on things and whatnot including cars and bikes and raccoons and wood working and dock building and cooking and so on and so forth And I look forward to seeing what’s next every week THANKS Stevon ! Ps that is one sweet reliable Lexus!thanks for the tour and the sounds!
It's bizarre to me that Toyota builds all these amazing Coupes under another brand that THEY OWN, and than says to themselves "... Hey let's get BMW to build us our new sports car, it'd be too expensive to build our own" like WHUT! Great video, I didn't know anything about these so this was a great run down
I loved my 08 ISF, as soon as I heard about the LC500 I wanted one. Couldn’t afford it but it’s one that’ll always be on my list to get someday. The 2UR GSE V8 is an incredible engine.
Except on the track or any performance metric even with the 2016 early RCFs ( 2016 was one of the heaviest RCF years sadly 2020+ far better iterations) The LC of course is not designed to beat anything on the road performance wise but thats not the point of it. Its a cruiser as long as you stay off the track and never race anything its bliss. Insane build quality also the LC is the ultimate GT cruiser i would say the F cars are the ultimate NA V8 hybrid track cars. I wouldnt say better to compare really night and day difference performance wise but different if driving them both . And thats a good thing its a breath of fresh air to have a great Luxury cruiser based off the LS chassis and have options for full F cars for track duty with better track components like Carbon Brakes and better aero tires acceleration , trans cooling and the biggest thing weight reduction. The LC gets more luxurious of course. You cant go wrong with either option for different buyers. Different not better i would say because as soon as you line up on a track or any road you will see why that is.
Dude such a nice car you don't see often! Been saving up for one, since I saw it in person last year. You should try install the car play module thing .
This is one of the best car reviews I've seen. You know we've heard all the other stuff, so you hand us the facts you have to literally mine for. Bravo.
Alllll right... My apologies, but I just gotta ask as it's been on my mind for a while now since sub'ing to this wonderful channel. What does Stevon do for a living (aside from this side hustle)???? I see LOTS of subtle (humble) flex happening in a lot of these videos and I just couldn't hold back on the ask any more. Maybe this has been discussed in comments from previous videos and I missed it (i.e. didn't read far enough down or MAYBE just maybe not at all, which honestly is unusual). OH annnd if it's great money, with great benefits, a relaxed atmosphere with no evening and weekends that intrude on family time, are they hiring?
Hes always been the most subtle about it. His parents raised him right. He was c level executive at tesla before most people knew what tesla was.. thats my guess.
@@mitchkohl Perhaps. The LC is over a foot longer than the current Supra. But they could probably pull it off. Sort of like they did on the truck side with TNGA-F underpinning everything from the Tacoma to LX600 Lexus.
The Lexus IS500 is currently my dream car. I personally feel the IS500 is a bit more practical (more doors/seating room)... But damn you did an incredible job at showing this car's finest points. The sound is immaculate
Did you forbid yourself from being friends with Rich since you guys get in trouble when you're around each other? Love the car btw. Is it fun to drive in the corners?
It exists because the show car version resulted in a lot of build it feed back. I have a 21 vert, wonderful car. I get lots of positive feedback when I take it out and really enjoy driving it.
@@allanjones8382 - Yes but he's presenting this video late 2024 so it's relevant to at least mention Lexus has responded to criticism on the touchpad and got rid of it. Instead he just listed it as a con. Touche' on concept car coming out in 2012, my mistake
Just wait until Finnegan finishes his LC500. Then it will have the performance it should have had since it came out. And kudos to whoever did the color choice on the interior.
Just because you own one, doesn't make it the greatest car. I use to have Hyundai Genesis 5.0 R Spec. Yes styling wise it's not comparable but the V8 was just as fun as any of these. And it had almost as much hp. 429
For what? It weighs 4300 #$##@ pounds. That's 200lbs less than a mid 90s Ford F150 PICKUP truck. This car was designed for geriatric invalids with more money than they know what to do with. Sure it has 500 hp, but when it weighs as much as a pickup, it sort of needs that much to go fast.
Not sure why this reviewer doesn't have a couple of million followers. Excellent review and extra points for humor and production value.
algorithms are weird it seems.
we just have to post it in other places. That much is clear.
Well... it's new. And Stevon was kinda busy making Rich Rebuilds awesome before then.
Bought my 18 LC over a year ago. Best car I’ve ever owned
Stevon just doing side quest videos for OUR entertainment
This IS one of the greatest cars. and Stevon one of the greatest car/house/build/raccoon/nature/music/ any type of youtuber

My new favorite car reviewer aside from everything else he does.
Best thing Rich ever did is bring him to us

ISF is also such an awesome car.
FINALLY, couldn't wait when this beauty will be addressed.
My god.... the eyewitness video intro music triggered the biggest release of nostalgia I've had in a long time.
Just the fact that you know how to pronounce Coupe is all I need. 💥 👏
a man of culture for sure
I thought I was well versed in the LC, but those are a few things I did not know. And the Yamaha logo meaning?! Mind blownnnnnn
This is how all car reviews should be. Fantastico Stevo
I had an 2016 RCF, and it was a great car. The LC is better in almost every way, and one of the biggest sleepers of all time. Great video!

hell yes! and share elsewhere!!
This channel is awesome.that is all. Also thanks for the neat fun facts stevo. Now that is all I think about
One of the best car reviews I’ve seen in a while, your style is fresh 💪
Got me there with Doug intro 😂
Nice. Never knew those existed. Looks great.
Same here
You are too good at this, absolute banger.
Best Ted Talk I’ve listened to.. humour & production value all on point! 👏👏
I noticed you didn't sample the performance pack. You should!
This is one of the best car reviews I've seen. You know we've heard all the other stuff, so you hand us the facts you have to literally mine for. Bravo.
As an owner of a ‘23 LC, I agree with this message.
GREAT review! You had me laughing out loud. Thanks for posting! 💙👏🏽
Thanks for the video, great fan service for us scrubs who could only dream of this beauty!
Also happy to see that you're a TCCN viewer
Yoooo that's my copper crest car in the middlleeeee
really?! thats so sick!!!
Stevon has a LC, Stevon is my idol now
It was a good ted talk, please do more in the future.
THE YAMAHA LOGO IS THREE TUNING FORKS?!!!!!!
i like Natalie Portman looking at me like that too. I just need a LC 500 now....
Nice review, was wondering what you thought of the car when grinding the electric motorcycle frame next to it.
Has keen eye for architecture
I already have a Toyota product I’m very happy with….but I could use a krispy kream doughnut 🍩

@@EAron-bl1lz right, but how about now?
Infinity didn't even think of the Infinity lights 🤣
That was one of my favorite quips too lol
It baffles me how few subscribers this channel has. The content quality is great!
Looking forward to you turning this over to the ultimate Batmobile
More reliable than an Aston
Love the LC500 .... wish I could afford one. It will be a modern classic.
This platform should have been the basis for the current Supra, change my mind.
this. 100% this. Would be too big according to many though.. agree?
@@mitchkohl Perhaps. The LC is over a foot longer than the current Supra. But they could probably pull it off. Sort of like they did on the truck side with TNGA-F underpinning everything from the Tacoma to LX600 Lexus.
Holy shit real ultimate power! I can hear that big pimpin midi looping around in my head.
this SENT me. probably the hardest I laughed at a webpage in my life.
That is one pretty car. The kind that can afford the extra syllah~ble in "coupe" and not get weird looks.
This is on my short list of cars I would love to own, and have been admiring it in the background silently
i had no idea the yamaha logo was tuning forks NO IDEA. Stevon, a teacher of many things. Whether you expect them or not.
Stevon re-discovered the beauty of the LC500 whilst cleaning off all the grinding arisings.
The more you know : about the infinity taillights, it's a Valeo brevet that was first presented on the citroen ds3 and c4 picasso.
2:55 "court-ordered urine sample yellow" 💀💀💀
The auto erotic asphyxiation purple is my favorite! 😈
Great content❤Now, wheres that song from?
I prefer the touchpad over the touchscreen honestly

Fantastic car, altough I miss the flatplane crank sound of his bigger brother the LFA.
Do you call her elsie?
Did you forbid yourself from being friends with Rich since you guys get in trouble when you're around each other? Love the car btw. Is it fun to drive in the corners?
rich did dirty dishonestly route. its a damn shame...
@mitchkohl Really? How do you know?..And what's the skinny?
They’re gettin the band back together love it!
I endorse this effort to write off your toys as business expenses for your UA-cam channel.
hahaahh the ol' IYKYK
Getting one in early 2025, can not wait.
congratulations to you! one of the best choices it seems.
@@EAron-bl1lzThank you! It truly is special
Love this video!!! 👍👍👍
Steveon how did you get so rich ?

Love my RCF fast unique and yes more reliable then the rest..love love love
is this Steve from Rich Rebuilds?
it sure is. you are now learning where the mastermind behind the production went like the rest of us lol
This video had exactly what it always needed. Pan flute.
... and the price is (more than) right.
Muy bueno stevonnn🎉🎉🎉
What about the quirks and features?
Yes! Was waiting for this
Yamaha designed the heads, not the engine.
they exclusively did the heads and exhaust for the note, but the motor itself was co-engineered with Yamaha.
@@TimMcCabe-ix3mu Don't think so. Yamaha only worked on the heads. The bottom end is all Toyota derived from the LS460 or UR-SE series of engines.
LC500 no longer has the touchpad. Also it's debut was 2018 not 2012
It sure doesn't but he bought his when it cam out years back. and the DEBUT in 2012 as the LF-LC. He is correct, the man does his homework.
@@allanjones8382 - Yes but he's presenting this video late 2024 so it's relevant to at least mention Lexus has responded to criticism on the touchpad and got rid of it. Instead he just listed it as a con. Touche' on concept car coming out in 2012, my mistake
I knew it before all the UA-cam videos made the used prices jump £10k.
Did buy it if Lexus LC 500 didn't forget about 0-60.…yeah…yeah...German car manufacturers could do both...speed and performance…..
LC is short for LLC 👀
Ayyyyyyyy I see what you did there
That house is an epic pad… how the heck do you afford that place on a small YT channel budget?!?
You shouldn't buy an LC500...You should buy 2!! This car is hands down one of the best car ever created! Hopefully soon🤞🤞
But the grill looks like it's trying to shave my face!
😆
So I guess we gave up on the ankle bracelet bit
No your not hard core unless you live hard core.
Just wait until Finnegan finishes his LC500. Then it will have the performance it should have had since it came out.

DUDEE YEESSSSS STTEVONNNNN
Was this an infomercial?
hard to tell, but unlike infomercials this is genuine love for the product, that much is for sure
its been couPE all this TIME?!!!! WHAT?????
Coupé
Do you own it?
I mean it’s been in his garage for 2 months. Thats an expensive and strange long term rental no?
It’s so good, it’s super expensive! 😂
Nice, but it won't scare the living shit out of a whole family like a GS F does. At least not all at the same time.
Dog approved.
It is a great car just too expensive for most.
I was gonna get this but getting bit outdated. Hope they do face update sooj. 😀😀
