working in product design for the last 7 years I did all this stuff but you did a good job presenting it clearly, I will definitely recommend this channel to whoever ever interested in the topic. Thanks
Good job. The simple yet precise and insightful overview. No magic bullets, and it seems obvious, but so it is, as always, when you know what it is all about 🙂
Thanks for a great video. Just nitpicking here - unless I'm missing something, the Value Gap in the Venn diagram should be the left part, not the middle/the intersection. It's the Perceived (Expected) Value mius the experience. The difference is where it falls short.
Great video! I will steal the Bowling Alley Framework the next time I am in an onboarding discussion. One point, though. Isn't "expected value" a more clear and less ambiguous term than "perceived valued"? Why call it "perceived value"?
Hey Wes. Great video. I yelled "yes!" so many times while watching. Btw, it's Mr Toyoda (with a d). Mr Toyoda named it Toyota because it sounded better. ☺️
Really interesting. I run a POS company for the cannabis industry. Theres a whole online backend that this can be applied to. I'm curious if you have any advice for the hardware side of things. We need to setup label and receipt printers, an ipad app, a scale, and scanner for the whole system to be operational. Any tips for people that need to deal with hours of hardware setup?

Good content. The author's narration style with the staged and unnecessary laughs is annoying to the extent that it hinders the engagement with actual content. The little thumbnail of his face makes it distracting (kinda want to punch something). Meaning the a huge value gap between the perceived value and the value experienced.

Thank you @jamallogic7496. We really appreciate your recommendation.
Great video! The most simple and easy to absorb PLG explanation on UA-cam. Thank you!

Agreed!
Yes, the intersection shows the provided value.
Great video! Thank you!
Thank you for the Masterclass. I’ve learned a lot!
Great to hear!
Tks, Wes. Well-explained & valuable!
No problem. Glad you found it valuable!

Good point! I do like expected value more now that you mention it. Feel free to use whichever label you think makes the most sense.

Hell ya! Whoops. Will update it in future presentations. Thanks for catching that. :)
Thanks, really useful! I'm relatively fresh to Product, but now I'll never look the same on my user experience.
Very good !
Thank you! Cheers!

Lol - will try to be more serious next time. ;)
