Hey Kim, I can't pull up the screen shot of the inst. but I changed the battery in mine and it keeps showing the E for error. Does it say what might be the problem. Btw mine is identical to your scales. IDK when you made this video or if you will ever see my question but if you do I would certainly appreciate your help. Thanks

I am here because I purchased the same product. I had mine for like 3 days and it is no longer working. I thought maybe it was the battery so I got a new battery and it is still not turning on. Have you had issues with yours?
Mine is still perfectly working; I weigh every morning before breakfast. Can you contact the vendor to request a replacement? Mine did not work on carpet; I have to use it on the bathroom floor. Also, pull it about five inches away from the wall. Finally, it takes a few seconds to show the reading. A bunch of zeros flash on mine before I see my weight.
@@KimTownsel hmm, Ill have to try those things. I have hardwood so no problem there. I think I threw away the info from my package lol I cant stand papers i dont necessarily need. I might just try taking it back to walmart, if I cant get it to work. I dont really need it lol
I have no idea. Maybe other viewers will know. I know that mine has to be on a flat floor. When I tried to use it on a rug or on carpet, the reading were inaccurate. I had one for years that was five-pounds light and I never fixed it; I just added five pounds to the measurement.
I have found these digital scales to be incredibly inaccurate. In one day I was 193,188, 179, 165 my actual weight is 158. I took that scale to the Goodwill and got one of those old school scales. Even the digital one at my gym is way off. It has people 20 pounds over their weight.
General recommendations are to weight at the same stage or time each day. For example, I weigh each morning before eating or drinking. Normal weight fluctuates during the day as we eat, drink, void, and respirate.
I weighed at home and the gym. My scale is correct; I use it to monitor my weight for powerlifting competitions where I am weighed on the sponsor's scales.
So I have this exact scale, I eat 1 thing I gained a whole pound. Not only that when I place it in a new postion I go 10 pounds up, then down, then up. How far off is this thing & should I buy a new one maybe? It’s been 4 years.

Are you using the scale on a completely flat floor? Mine shoes E if the scale is on a carpet or bath mat.

To get the current weight measurement to disappear, step off the scale. Is that what you mean?

How do I know if my scale is lying? Ik this cant be my weight.
