- I went to Flint Ridge to harvest some Rainbow Flint at Nether's Farm. I am a specimen collector and I wanted to tumble some, keep some natural, and hopefully find a flintknapper who will make a projectile point out of some of the material I brought home. #rockhounding #rocks #minerals #flintknapping #flint #projectiles #arrowheads #rocktumbling

Ed Mosher is real good. I think you could find him online but it might be better to find someone close to where you live.
Is Nethers still open since Mrs. Nethers passed? I love going there.
How do you heat treat the flint?
@@tamimcclain2459 Thanks for watching and commenting. Last time I was there some other family members were taking care of things. They were very friendly. I did a video on how I heat treated my flint. You have to be careful because the flint could explode.
