The 2 tablespoons of water at the beginning seemed to be more like 1/4 -1/3 cup of water? Especially when the 1 tablespoon of rose water was barely a splash.
I always make more than I need so it’s ready to use for another recipe! Can stay fresh in the fridge for a long time. In the restaurant I go through almost 50-100g a week
