I’m playing in Serie C/C and I’ve found that dropping the rest levels by one have helped massively to keep players fitter

In my Chelmsford save, Leamington are rock bottom of NL North after 13 games and still without a win, so it seems you may actually be overachieving with this lot.
They are sat in 4th place in real life which is strange
I managed them and got them promoted in the first season through the play offs
Blyth Spartans to Darlington FC is 51.8 miles according to Google Maps, Blyth is North East of Darlington, right on the North Sea coast

They don't play at the 25k stadium anymore Kev it made them go into admin 3 times. It's now owned by the Rugby Club, they bought it for 2mill back in 2014 i think.
They now play at Blackwell Meadows, current capacity 3,300, alongside Darlington RFC
One thing we do here in Sweden for the Swedish cup is that the worst side is always at home when they do the draw, but if a team in the fourth division (lowest in the game) draws a team from the highest tier the bigger team can offer the small team a sum of money to play at the bigger teams stadium (revenue is shared 50/50) which means the team has the chance to get a lot of money, or have home advantage which is amazing

I was doing work in another monitor knowing the game was pretty much done and thought I had accidentally paused it when he went silent!
That was a beautiful falcon... the goal... no so much. Reminds me of the goal Viduka scored against Arsenal when he rushed the keeper, had the ball kicked into his arse and it fell into the goal.

Love it! We've all been there and felt that exact feeling. I feel that the keeper is getting left at Wetherby services on the way home, or just not even being allowed on the bus.

I had that in my Europa Conference qualifier with my Welsh save. Connahs Quay vs some team from Montenegro. My keeper did it in extra time in the playoff. Ended my hopes of the group stage, on the plus side he did break a cheekbone of the guy whose face he kicked it into..
As someone who listens rather than watches the videos, it's always fun when Kev storms out. Lots of fiddling around to figure out if I've lost connection or something.

Regarding the voice issue. Having lived in a student house (lots of partying and yelling) along with many of them being doctor's in training. Ice Lollipops is what you want. Like Calipso. Works the best by far. Cold plus the sucking on them stimulates your own saliva. Better than honey etc which can give temporary reprieve however irritate the throat long term.
Blyth fan here, we shouldn’t be down in the relegation battle. Luckily we have a new manager and are doing great.

That’s the best ending to an FM UA-cam I’ve ever watched. If you haven’t watched this episode, it’s a classic!
For your voice I would recommend a saltwater gargle at night! One teaspoon of salt in a cup with warmish water then gargle a mouthful of water for 15 seconds and spit out until the cup is empty. (Only needs to be about half full). This does wonders for me when I have a sore throat or cough
Hi Kev, loving Non-League to Legend this year, second year watching it as it comes out, the name Slavi Spasov still sends shivers down my spine from this time last year. Darlington to Blyth is 51 miles, and I only know this because I am doing my own Non-League to Legend this year, and they're my two closest clubs that I haven't managed (did Gateshead last year)!
By far the greatest piece of football manager I have ever seen.
I too had that coughing bug, and I can confirm it does last 3 weeks I'm afraid!
Lower the tempo and play more cautiously cause you're giving too much of the ball away, extra man in midfield or drop the wingers back from the wide AM positions to give you a bit more stability, might help you hold onto the ball a bit more. That or move club ASAP haha

Why don't you stick your right sided full back on defend and instruct them to sit narrow making a back three and then get your left sided full back to provide width on a wing back attack duty. Would work well with your IF. Attack in a 3-2-5 shape

Very Funny ending with which I can sympathise. In my case my goalkeeper kicked the ball into the back of a forward who was walking away from the goal and the ball richoched back into my net.

Kev, although I'm not in any way promoting alcohol, but maybe you should try some Jaeger for your voice. As in just Jaegermeister, not Jaeger bombs, that would just be silly. Jaeger is 100% natural and is considered medicine. I drank it a few years back when I had laryngitis and it worked wonders!
