same here, my facebook account has a different password, different email that i can't access and the hacker has removed my phone number from it. Tried following all the instructions facebook support gives, but their advice is pretty shit, they ask me to write an old or new password, so i write old and then they say since i wrote an old password i should make a new one... when i can't even access my account to do so. end of the day its might be simply the same team from fb internally providing the service to unlock your fb acc. So to divert attentions.. simply engaging hackers ard the whole to provide the service to have a cut with the fee, yet in fact they simply transfer details as to which acc to unlock after collecting fee. Yet everyone still being thankful & praise the hacker like a saint..😪 imagine how much they had profited over these years. Yet FB just turn a blind eye.

Hello there my friend. I have this problem with my mother facebook account. It was hacked and the hacker change the mail and the password. I log in my mother email and i read emails from facebook from 22.06.23 that new email was linked with the profile, later that the password was changed and she don't read it and the links " are you that you make the changes " expired. yesterday my mother was block from the account. One of the pages I manage has the option to contact Facebook ad support under additional support om the business help page. Currently, that option is gone and nobody knows the prerequisite of been eligible for that option. I still need to contact Facebook now but I am unable to.

Facebook doesn't have human support for Facebook profiles unfortunately. If you have a page, ads account or professional profile (called assets) you can use it to reach out to Facebook ads support agents

What do I do if they changed both my emails and phone number?
That's the harder part. The earlier you act the better as reaching Facebook support is very hard nowadays and they don't have support for personal accounts (profiles). If you don't have any browser that you have logged into the Facebook account before (recognized device) your chances are very slim. If the account is associated with a page them try and use another Page admin account to reach out to support

The same exact thing happened to me almost 7 days ago. I have emails from Facebook showing me the actual phone number they are using but I still have not gotten anywhere trying to bypass any of these things they say or show. I have so many pages and 2 businesses and still have not gotten anywhere.

I am an individual and Facebook as a company hasn't done what you are asking for. Facebook doesn't have support for free accounts that's why the rate of hacking is much as there's little you and I can do about. I am sharing what Facebook has already made available as solution to hacked accounts which I guess is not enough. Anything more than that, talk to at least, an ethical hacker

How long ago did this happened? Is there any device you had logged into the Facebook account before know (a recognized device by your Facebook device history?) if yes, go back to any recognized device browser and url and type facebook.com/hacked then follow the prompts

I was able to submit the selfie video verification but every time , I got message from META saying they couldn’t confirm my identity but when I reach out of *BRYANTECHIE* he was able to get me out of the verification obstacle I was stuck in and grant me access into my account by kicking off that ass on my account. 🎉❤
