ALWAYS FACTORY RESET YOUR PHONE AT LEAST ONCE PER MONTH. Hackers can download spyware onto your phone via phone calls, links, Bluetooth, or just standing near you in a public place. Keep you LOCATION services OFF. Your stalker/hackers can track your every move through your cellphone, desktop computer, Social Media accounts, etc.

Hi Jojo, my Facebook account was hacked on Apr 22, 2021. The hacker first hacked to my email that I registered on Facebook and changed all the settings including removing my mobile number. I have reported to Facebook numerous time and sent document required but hear no response from them. My instagram Account that linked to Facebook was hacked too but kudos to the Instagram team that they resolved my problem and I could accessed right after the verification. you can do both but if you can, prioritize 2-way authentication through authenticator apps, and then your phone
