My account was also hacked and later disabled in the hands of this hacker which I immediately reported to Facebook together with a supporting 3 minutes selfie video to prove my identity. The verification code sent by Facebook to my email however didn't work because the hacker had replaced my mobile phone to he's.
I never found a way in solving this situation by myself, I sent emails to IG support multiple times which the never responded back to me. But there was this great intellect who helped me out.

Hi i lost access to my facebook page since my facebook profile is depeted already ..
My account was also hacked and later disabled in the hands of this hacker which I immediately reported to Facebook together with a supporting 3 minutes selfie video to prove my identity. The verification code sent by Facebook to my email however didn't work because the hacker had replaced my mobile phone to he's.
I never found a way in solving this situation by myself, I sent emails to IG support multiple times which the never responded back to me. But there was this great intellect who helped me out.
Word's can't express how grateful I am to *WERNER CODES* for he's help, kindness and support in getting back my account to my hands. It was a true gift, Thankful for he's thoughtfulness and professionalism.
