RZR 900S QSC Clutch Kit Weight Adjustment

This is a demonstration of how to adjust the weights on a QuadShopCustoms (QSC) clutch kit in a RZR 900S. This kit is nice as it allows you to change your weights to accommodate for different wheel/tire sizes to suit your riding style.

So I just did that weight setup and I put a 1/4 ss in the tip I'm topping out at 50 in my 15 900 trail . I'm going to try and go up a little me what do you think?

Josh Berger its hard to say without knowing your setup, but just test it out one change at a time until you like what you find.

Can you switch out the primary spring like this?

+ColbGood yes you don't have to remove the entire primary to swap the spring.

How did that weight setup work out

Josh Berger pretty well with the 28” carnivores. I’d probably take one or two more steps up on the base weights and tip weights if I still had that machine.
