Good video. I have a question kinda related. Is there an adjustment to the cvt on a side by side that keeps it from kicking out when going downhill? Our property here in Colorado is very hilly and some including the driveway are pretty steep. When I try to go down the hills the utv has no engine braking, might as well be in neutral. 2wd, 4wd doesn't matter. Thanks

This was a great video thank you. My question is how to tell what we need.
For example we have a 2016 rzr xp 4 turbo with an Evo clutch kit.. problem is we have 0 information on where to put the weights and how much weight.. right now we're running no weights and we have issues all over... have to Rev to 2k to move from a stop, top speed is only 63 instead of quoted 78... and last but not least, the belt slips constantly even with regular cleaning...

Do you make any weight in Spring kits for the primary for the CF Moto ATVs?

So ive been trying to do some research on how to adjust your clutch weights to your riding style and nobody really does a good job, this is the first video that helps. I have a xp 1000 rzr, it was bone stock till now, I ordered all this from evo powerspots, stage 3 clutch kit, stage 3 tuning, their intake and exhaust. I took it for a test run a minute ago and the machine was at like 8800rpm and only at like 60mph and not climbing very fast. the new arms are lighter then the Polaris stock ones, what do I need to do to get the speed to climb faster?

I have a racing clutch in my rz6000. The spring is a 170 / 330 and I have 60g notched cams. can I switch my cams to unnotched cams and maybe the spring too, so engagement won't be so harsh?

Hi can you help ? I am going from 27 inch big horns to 30x14 STP xcomp ATR tires with bead locks. This is going on a 1000 xp 2015 2 seater. Will my stock clutch handle or what do I need to buy to fix it? Thank you.

I race short course if I’m starting to run out of power at around 50 to 60mph just stops pulling as hard and I have big turbo I would put more weight at tip right

I would have to look at a datalog and know your clutch set up to give recommendations. I can be hired as an analyst if needed.

I have a clutch kit on my four wheeler with the 4 adjustable weights. It was set for 30” I now have super heavy 32s do I add extra weight towards the outside or the inside of the weight thing.

usually weight would be added to the heal to prevent slip on a larger tire

If I was wanting better belt grip/less slip at 2-5 mph would you run more heel weight and no tip weight for a rzr?

Yes load up the heal of the weight for that
