If I lived near Graveyard cars facility I'd get a job there part time,I've done auto collision since forever and have done restorations as well since forever,still doing it,just not so young anymore lol. Spent my weekend on a 70 BB 4 speed Chevelle SS that I'm doing the metal work on for a friend,just the metal,I don't paint,I do prime my own bodywork but that ain't painting. Aftermarket quarters for any of the old stuff is a facsimile,it has to be made to fit,modified,body lines moved in some cases,or added in other instances,keeps me busier than I want to be.I plan on retiring in a couple years but will still probably work a little to stay tuned up,or maybe drink beer and fish some,that's always an option. That was a great repair for sure,that's a rare car and deserved to be fixed correctly.
That is a hell of a guy for fixing bad work on that car for free, I know that thing costs a ton that is nice of them, how you keep and get new customers! Beautiful car!!
Mark is the absolute polar opposite of the guy I worked for in Ovilla, Texas. Knowledgable, honest and fun. As opposed to stupid, crooked and mean as a snake. Still, I can't believe that he's found a way to make this business enjoyable. Maybe.

Has had his orginal guys since he opened. And was able to buy the second shop down the street from him. Made millions in a decade. And still has his orginally guys. that he pays well, and takes care of since the start. All the work, let him have one of the most wild Mopar collections i've seen in person. Multiple drag pak's, etc.
I had one of those bosses as well, took 3 years early retirement and didn’t get my full benefits from the city but one of the best decisions I’ve ever made as I was literally staying sick with shingles from every day harassment from the guy. Haven’t had one single shingle breakout in 3 years.

Must be nice to have friends like Mark. Heck, a paint job with some light body work on my 66 Fury was quoted at about 10 grand. All the work that was done to this car, for the average guy, would have been a fortune. Worse yet, you wouldn't have seen that car back for about a year with these people around my area. Looks great, big win for the owner.
It was called the torque flight by the way and so true on fit and finish in 1968 Barracuda 340 ordered from the factory, As my brother pointed out , man this thing's got Orange peel all over and the doors really don't fit that great there is nearly half an inch gap on Doors.. It was 1968 and that's how they rolled... I bet your fit and finish is actually much better than original 🙏🙏

I have a 1970 Charger R/T and can't find the built sheet anywhere I have looked for it for 3 years and still no luck can you recommend someone who can find it I want to know if it came with the 440 letters on the hood or just the paint on the hood insert's? When I was about 18 (was working and had some xtra cash) I decided to look for a muscle car. I looked at Mopars and talked to mopar owners. They loved their cars but I was surprised with what they lived with..... horrible brakes, verrrrry sloppy front ends and poor quality fit and finish. I then bought and lived with a 1970 mustang for a while. It shocked me again how poor the car's braking and overall driving was. So I found and purchased a 1970 Chevelle convertible SS. What a difference. What Mark is doing.. when he does restomods is make the Mopars the way they should have been. I will always agree that Mopar has the greatest look in regards to Classic muscle. They just scream sporty and fun.. They just don't deliver very well in stock fashion. Mark drinks too much of his own Kool aid lol. However, it's great to know someone is doing what he is for Mopar, they really need it. Cheers

I believe the girl that owns or owned this is suing them, because they did a horrible repair on her car. I believe this is the car I read about and she posted with pics of the shotty work graveyard did. Probably because of insurance cost restraints.

The rebuilt title may scare future owners but even if it isn't totaled, the extensive damage will still be discovered. At least that the way we did it decades ago. We actually knew a few crooked adjusters who would total bikes from scared owners who didnt want to risk death anymore. Then we would get them cheap thru him and the Ins. co.
Shit I live in north east Houston Texas and we have a guy with a collision shop name Alfredo Reyes and his shop is called Reyes collision and it's the most professional and timely shop I know. They have a passion for Ford's and especially mustangs and classic muscle cars. They do all our families work and all of an ac company located close by fleet repair. Can't say enough nice things about Juan and Alfredo Reyes.
This ep is at least 10 years old - Daren and Josh left in 2014 fwir. I miss Royal and Dave Rea but nothing stays the same forever and Royal earned his retirement. I hope the show lasts another 10 years - a rarity in the world of reality TV but here's hoping.

I found a Daytona in junk yard when I was a teenager but it was crushed after I tried to buy it a bunch of times the motor was gone but it was all there and wing the nose was smashed I wish I could have gotten that one that was 35 years ago they scrapped all the cars 5 57 chevys 8 chargers alot of chevelles mustangs gtos 59 cadillac it was a crime to me

I had a 343 Javelin 1969 gray with red side walls. On Friday nights going through coverington Virginia. He would be at the gas station at the edge of town. He would jump in behind me, it was on on hat road to the woodline. One night he pulled up beside me, we ran out of road. I often wonder what happened to the driver.

i don't know why, not a painter just a technician but i have never seen a paint both with an overhead hose system and a "upsidedown" paint gun just seems simple feed paint from the bottom hose comes from the top and is always out of your way.
That guy would get told to go fuck his hat if he told me he was going to take parts off my personal vehicle for a customer's car. Deadline isn't my problem. Parts should have been inspected prior to absolute last minute. It's a different story if I had the manifold sitting on the bench, but by the sounds of it, this guy has the manifold already on the engine with the exhaust hooked up to it.
Remember this insurance will total out even a mint condition modern car just because airbags went off. As in my co worker had a tire blow it moved the car enough to set off the airbags. Even though well nothing was wrong with said vehicle.
Airbag systems are difficult to repair because they're impossible to test, ask any autobody insurance provider about that aggressive litigation. Airbag deployment also destroys the airbag system itself, requiring replacement of multiple sensors, modules, devices, and sometimes harnesses. Replacement of the airbag system requires R&I of many expensive and sometimes unavailable trim pieces, many are noted as being single-use and/or use expensive fasteners that break on removal. If the airbags ever deploy, that classifies as a "catastrophic problem with the vehicle"
I watch car programs to see how the job is done not listen to someone telling me how much they know about cars. So I will guarantee Mark that I will not watch another episode

AMD is awesome. I got all my parts in less than 5 days. One of the pieces ordered was a rear quarter panel for a 68 dodge coronet
