Good video, thanks. I went with the Revetis RA 89 for two reasons, cost and IP68 rating; I do a lot of wet and wild work. Downfall of the 89 is the external USB charging port has a detachable cover that look easy to lose. GPS would be awesome. I like the feel of the 89 HT. Please keep your videos coming ang 73, KF0NNQ.

When will ham radio catch up with Garmin and their GMRS RINO radios? I wish I still had my APRS base station on the IC-7100 hooked up to a computer to play with this - I love the whole telemetry game

despite of having GPS receiver, I guess it is not APRS compatible. as Ham wish it has APRS function. AG6JU

that GPS is nice. but with solar storms, the one in the car dropping out at times. some times not showing speed or arrival time. band been bad but in NY been some 6 meters open at night. hearing beacons and some SSB splatter hard to understand . distorted audio. I can de code some FT8 but signal real weak and no contacts . only 50 watt tried on 7300. northern lights seen in NY. wounder how much faster GPS takes from battery ? nice review . I did get that mini rotary tool from your video. I love it. small . The Dremel stuff fits right on it. love that . 73's
